I honestly don't think that 8 years is a big deal, everyone always freaks out about the age difference but I think the main problem is that he was her teacher, and now thats solved! Unless Byron were to sue Ezra for dating Aria I think they're legal, but when she's 18 even is he is teaching her class its legal as long as her grades aren't based on their replationship. Like as long as he doesn't put A's on all her tests when she flunked, or fail her because they had a fight. But He wont do that :)
