I wouldn't b e so worried about the truck mechanically (though if it got water in the transmission that's toast) ... the electronics were still "live" when the truck sunk. There's probably a fried computer or two and wiring is going to always be a problem.

@mmiller1188 theres a few problems coming from just only water firts theres a chance water will mix whit oil ruining the motor second theres a chance the gasoline will mix whit the water ruining the motor third only electronical(computer,fuse) will get damaged by water since(wet copper will not conduct electricity or wont conduct properly) in short water is never good for cars in anykind of way =/
