if they ever try to attempt to animate Jojo again (after the movie failure i guess it will take a while), they should get the person/people who made this to work on the design because this (along with the Part V and Part IV parodies, which must have been made by the same person/people) is BETTER than the Part III ANIME AND THE OVA, MUCH BETTER. Of course its just simple animation but an actual studio could make it great (i hope)

if you are considering the hype and the popularity, well, Jojo IS a legend. Steel Ball Run is the most popular Ultra Jump comic. Araki is still on top, and he even has told the media he have ideas for more arcs.

Now if you talk about the reception, i didnt watch the movie but i knew of english-speaking fans at Japan who simply werent impressed at all. Also i knew of japanese fans who had the same negative impression (through translation of forum posts done by friends).
