It may be legal per the supreme court, but its still a baby step to tyranny. After really examining the Constitution, I see no statue or law, granting the supreme court to interperet the Constitution. This dui center, is legit I guess. As long as they pull over swurving drivers, etc. Id imagine if a citizen fails a field sobriety test, they are then sent to this checkpt for secondary.
