I made 395 and 412 on the stock 8 turbo with 9.8 hotside and HKS 272/272 cams tuned on SD. Had ARP head studs and pushed the tiny little turbo to a 29 lbs spike and tappered to 24 I had dyno sheets of evom TQ hit at 4200 it felt like a big block it came in real strong. Had all other supporting mods as well.

@123SHINRYU a good bit, your gunna need: walbro 255 ix turbo bigger front mount isnt neccesary but would be nice intercooler piping (i bought the injen kit for my viii and it came with intercooler, maf, intake, and intercooler piping) you need a 3" tbe intake perrin filters are nice (made of foam and suck alot of air) idk if youll be able to break 350whp without some cams so pick up so 272s, kelford or cosworth makes good cams

Buddyclub exhaust is the best. Way better than Trust, HKS, 5Zigen, Kakimoto, Megan, Burschar, and various others exhausts out there. Looks great, sounds insane with it's deep and throaty tone and you get variation in tone and pitch sound (dependent on how the exhaust is set up) and performance gains are awesome as well. Excellent video! Well done!

Those figures were at the wheels thats why it seems low. Al depends on what model the VIII is. For example if its a VIII 260 then its alright for whp.

what do you mean no blue evo 8? i have an 05 the color is blue by you its factory.dyno pulls are not worth looking at,too many variances between dynos.get it on the strip,get a good launch,good 60 ft and clean shifts .that will tell you what your car will do.dynos are for tuning! 350 awhp stock turbo for now.gt37r going on this summer.upgraded i/c piping,hks 272 cams,full 3" turbo back exhaust w/cat delete,flash computer,shepracing tranny and transfer case,act stage 4 clutch runs 8.20 at 86mph

you wheel tq seesm kinda low. When i dynoed my car bone stock i put 245 ft of tq. Thats only 2 less then you. I was suprised. did you get ur air/fuel/timing reflash done yet ? if not the rich mixture is causing ur tq loss.

That's good for no cams on a 2003. The '03's have the "smallest" of the US Evo turbos. 264 on this dyno is equivalent to almost 300 on the "other" dyno's that everyone is use to seeing. This power output will run high 12's.

mrbquinto I have seen your video, 290whp not bad. but for a IX pretty weak. I have seen IX do easy 320+ with the same mods you have, or break 300whp with few mods like a TB Exhaust. BTW, which dyno was your car dynoed on mrbquinto, if you don't mind.

EIP has a mustang dyno which does the closet whp/torque to the real thing out on the road with aero drag as the rpm gets higher not like a dynojet, dynopack, etc... where it comes up with fictitious power number with no drag.
