@6:40 the Jackels you engage I take out from that top level you mentioned earlier..it does take a bit of time but I found crouching & head-shots do the trick...followed by backing away from the edge till they come back out...for what it's worth. Also...yours are without a doubt the best made, most informative walk-throughs I've seen...period. Thank you VERY much !

Also, if you get the warthog further into the tunnel, to the part where you see the Tunnels and where Master chief usually kicks a rock into it, you'll get a glitch in witch the warthog will be empty and chief has died ( probarly fallen to his death) and the cutscene will be empty or have a extremely wierd chief in it. After this you'll find the grenades under your hog ( if you had any). A pretty usefull refill glitch.

Do the shields normally recharge that fast? 3:54 Because I've seen them charge slower before.

@Caveman2041 I've gotten this question a lot & even been accused of modding the game. I used to just chalk it up to differences in perception, like if you really needed your shields back right away it can feel like it's taking forever. But, I finally did some research & testing. It turns out the answer from Halopedia for Normal is 5 sec for shields to start recharging & 4 sec for them to fully recharge & that's pretty much what I got on Normal. But, on Legendary it's 5 sec & about 1.5 sec not 4.

actually shields recharge ALOT slower on easy . but on legendary they recharge pretty fast

I prefer to place the warthog so that you have to crouch to get in the doorway, that way the elite can't get out to kill your guys

after you kill the sleeping grunt you can also kill the grunt that comes around the corner after the cutsceen

Okay, so you can beat the level on Legendary, something Ive never been able to do, but your tactics suck. And you keep complaining about how you shouldve done it differently. Then make use this as a rough draft and publish a better one.

8:49 you can actually jump to here from the cutscene where it shows the chasm, you just have to look to the right.

I'm beast at killing in halo I just hate the maze part after its silent u get out u get rocket launcher u get in the doors that were locked b4 and then I kill everyone inside I don't know how to get out after opening the map lol

At the crashed pelican scene I climbed the rock and bombed the jackals from above with plasma grenades. It was so much fun because they didn't have a clue what was going on.

i used this guide to complete halo trial on legendary but at the part where u were inside killing the hunters

b4 i was trying to kill the hunter and killing the jackals, i traded my rocket launcher for plasma pistol to take them out and my rocket launcher disapeared, then i revered to last checkpoint and it showed the exact moment i traded my rocket launcher for the plasma pistol

it sucked

Sicne your guys in the hog were low health, a4 4:11 you could've gone a little further and you would be where the level started. Your backup marines would still be there and you could switch out the low health gunner for a higher health one.

Or another way to do the end part is grab the camo and just sneak up behind the Elites and kill them and then you will only have the grunts which is easy.

hey a little tip for killing hunters, kill the jackals, then just walk right towards the hunters sidestepping constantly so they don't hit you with their fuel ford cannons. then when they get close enough they will try to melee you. sidestep the mellee and for a long time their back is exposed after their melee. that is the absolutely the best time to shoot them. hope this helped. great vids by the way. ur awsome

after you open that door and go outside, you don't have to go back the way you came. You can just drive the warthhog down the ship and get the rocket launcher. I actually jumped down but I didn't die because I had on overshield. I just thought it would save alot of time. =]

Lol, instead of going back the way i came, i just jump down, onto a tree. branch by brnach till im at the bottom. Its that big tree ner the overshields. You can do it easily and quickly without taking any damage from enemies or falling. =]

At 6:52 to the right of the player, you can actually just jump to the Silent Cartographer. Not in one leap though. If you turn your flash light on, you'll see that above the yellow looking ledge is a small, dark ledge. Jump to it, then to the yellow ledge, then jump down to the oversheild and you won't take any damage.

Thanks. Mainly, I went that way just to kill everyone. There's a group of jackals that lands in the center area. But, you can certainly drive off the small cliff, instead.
