@sam and @babie: it also depends on the kind of curl you're going for, I've used hot rollers for the past 14 yrs and they can give you more volume and in my case the curl lasts way longer throughout the day, you can flat iron baby hairs or waves around your face prior to putting in rollers for best results :) its alot quicker than curling hair with a curling iron too once you've mastered how to put them on btw. I recommend Conair brand ones bc they get super hot and you only have to leave them

@babiesophie i say a curling iron first, its easier to control the amount of curl you get and most likey with a set of curlers you have to go over a few with a curling iron anyway to get them perfect. i would reccomend any iron thats from a beauty supply store- from sallys to sephora depending on how much $ u wana spend. one way to get very natural curls is the conair u curl (wand). I find its really good and easy to use (just wrap the hair around) good luck and hope this helped :) !

Hahaha - I believe we went to the same college and I agree! I think your advice is perfect with the second tote! I always just put my stuff in a large make-up bag. Man the one thing I miss about college dorms is living next to all your friends (often in the same building or on the same floor) and leaving your room door open so you can always see what everyone is up to. :-)
