Thanks for the video, I am aware of the benefits but your focus is on one thing - Allergies. Would you suggest this to people who are fat or little over-weight? Is this going to have an effect on weight?

just take it every morning and night, teaspoon to a tablespoon every day, not just during allergy season, its helpful in many more ways. its good on cuts too!

@7archers honey mixed with cinnamon and warm water is a weight loss thing. if your getting cinnamon, research cinnamon because there are a couple different kinds (i cant remember the names off the top of my head) but if you have too much of one of them it has something bad in it and will build up.
