I know, but the only reason he does is because the new steelers o-line isn't as fast as it was, meaning they cant get blocks to the outside. What they should do is run trips bunch against a zone defense and toss it to that side.
It's still an issue, as he's becoming a less effective version of Walter Payton. Getting 2 yards a run, then breaking one for big gains. I also disagree with getting Mendenhall, He already seems to be too soft for the NFL, especially with his history of injuries. Unfortunately, there are no good big Steeler-style runningbacks coming up that I know of in the college game.
Oh well, the defense is absolutely amazing, and Ben is making enough plays to hold teams off.

check around u can find out what he ran...but chance are u wil never actually get too see him run a 40 again,but i seen him run in person and i believe it ..actually hes one of those players who is affected by the weight of the pads alot...and hes still lightin fast..without pads he is much much faster

He doesn't look anything like a 4.2 40 player. Devin Hester looks like a 4.2 player and he only ran a 4.27. Willie Parker is not as fast as Hester and coming out of college he never ran 4.23, period as far as UNC is concerned.
His 4.23 is about as legitimate as Deangelo Hall's hand-timed 4.15. And the only places on the internet that say he ran a 4.23 are from forums and sites like wikipedia. I've never see a website like espn or any newspaper report anything about his bogus 4.23.

Hester ran a 4.45 at the combine but ran a 4.27 at his pro day look it up dipshit. And get off Willie Parker's dick but he isn't as fast as you think he is. If I remember correctly 2 years ago on MNF against the Saints he got run down twice my Mike McKenzie coming all the way across the field.
Willie Parker doesn't not run a 4.2 sorry. And even if he did it obviously doesn't translate on the field because there are plenty of guys with better game speed.

thats a bullshit excuse for not having touchdowns. One of his touchdowns was a goal line TD and the other was from like 10 yards out. That's embarassing to not have a 20+ yard TD all season.
