Think about how old the PS3 and 360 are. and PCs were already better when PS3 and 360 came out.

@ADevilNeverCry It's not just the resolutions, Highend PCs can handle a lot smoother AA as well, just for an example. The overall performance of PCs is better, too. A nice example for that being DMC 4's LDK mode which was just too much too handle for consoles, so it's only in the PC version.

Actually I didn't come with that argument and I wasn't talking to you to begin with, so I really don't see the point of your comment.

"Highend PCs" from 05/06 were better than the consoles already though. It's all about how much you wanna spend.

Designers could take graphics to a new level, where 05/06 systems look like complete bullshit. But if not many people have a good system that can handle standards that high, why would they? Imagine the graphics you could develop on a 10000$ PC high pathetically. Unpayable but pottentionally far above today's standards
