Öhm, I think both is possible. If we look at the Home Button, there is no PS symbol. That means it's just a PSP 2000, and this PSP is sometimes flashable and with a little bit XMB Editing, you could have a 6.20 CFW. But if the PSP has got a Data Code more than 8b, it's impossible.
