And not that Taiki and Yaten were bad characters (Yaten's ok, Taiki not so much)... but it just got plain crowded with 12 good guys and Chibi Chibi to keep track of. There's not enough time to pay attention to individual characters.

I would have suggested only introducing one new char, Seiya, since she's the only one vital to the story. Have her never be physically male, and wear an all-black version of the normal sailor soldier outfit. Keep it simple and don't make it crazy for no good reason

@XDRZERO Right, it would have been dubbed in English but they realized there's no way to edit around the outright weirdness of male characters becoming female characters. You can't hide it with a quick rewrite like "they're cousins" to explain Haruka and Michiru's relationship.

No doubt the dub would have had plenty of bad moments but at least they could have finished the series in English. It really sucks that they couldn't even finish the Nehelenia story line that wrapped up in early Stars.

This is from season 5 of Sailor Moon. It's called Sailor Stars. It was never dubbed into english and wasn't aired in the US. It's actually the last season of Sailor Moon. You can actually watch that entire season on youtube. If you contact me I'll let you know where.

As I stated below the differences about the Starlights in the manga and anime, creator Naoko Takeuchi stated in an interview that she was angry that in the anime the Starlights physically became males in civilian form because she had created a rule that only females can be Sailor Soldiers. She also stated that although Tuxedo Kamen is NOT a Sailor Soldier, he is the equivalent of Sailor Earth because he is Earth's protector.
