  • sorry to disagree with all of you, but you are all uninformed.

    1. The microscope helps the Dr. with the procedure,has nothing to do with the anesthetic;

    2. while true that the infection changes the pH, an infected tooth often doesn't have any "live nerve tissue" anyway, so there is no pain;

    3. the entire procedure can be done in less than one hour.

  • Im not willing to pay extra for that.

    it's very clear it's only an adertisement for general people not for smart ones or doctors...!!!!

  • bullshit. if the root is severely infected, it will affect the pH balance of the anesthetic and there will still be pain. Having a microscope won't fix it. How much did this clinic pay to advertise on the news?
