I admire the greeks for many things, including their political system. However, traditional ayurvedic (East Indian) medicene has been around far longer than Hypocratic medicene. Mathematics were taught in ancient greece from it's founding in 600 BC whereas Mathematics thrived in Indian colleges 200 years before that. There are temples in Benares that are older than the Parthenon and are still used for worship. So yes I admire the Greeks, but Indias longevity ought to be admired as well.

Also, do you have any idea what the parthenon went through over the past few centuries? If the christians hadn't violated it (they climbed on it and started throwing the statues over and stuff) not to mention the british government that took most of the remaining statues away, now the parthenon would be almost as new.

Perhaps you know hindu stuff very well but maybe you should research some more on the ancient greeks as well.
