I don't think I like how naive Tech is. I do believe South Americans(since his name is Spanish) or Eastern Europeans (he has such an accent) have internet as well and if he's good with computers it's impossible for him to know so little. @sdoundakov If you watched from the beginning of the show, Tech was never exposed to the Internet, since he could not afford his own computer and The Boss blocked it at work. Due to the events of season 1, The Boss didn't see a point to blocking the Internet anymore. So now Tech is discovering things on the Internet for the first time.
