  • Lets make this real simple.

Kneale is a homosexual. As with all gays

the only thing that matters is the emotional high of the moment. Thats why gays are about clothes, hair, food, gossip, and with Kneale.. its carried over into "financial reporting" There is no truth with homosexuals..no concept of truth..just empty buzz and feel good trivia.

  • Karl,

You know your onto the truth when YT starts diminishing the number of reviews on your vids. Is it supposed to downplay the number of viewers? I've read this happened to Ron Paul during the Presidential Race. These idiots are getting more and more desperate. There's obviously more important matters at hand. But it does show how devoid of morals some folks can be..

  • You're out of this world Karl! I luve it!

  • Denniger thank you for the truth!!!! Kneale don't insult my intelligence.

  • Thank you for sharing some truth Mr. D.!

  • karl is smoking hot in this vid....it's nice to see any passionate rebuttal of the 'green shoots" pabulum, but KD backs it up with incandescent knowledge of economics.

but what do we do when the truth is just too explosive?

  • This is more evidence that you should not listen to any advice from CNBC commentators. THEY LIE!!!!! Go with the people who called this finacial mess we are in. You will find that they are still very bearish. The very people that are saying the recession is over are the very people that didn't see this coming in the first place.

  • Kneale you're a media harlot.

  • That Bloggers who dare attempt to deliver an alternate message are now on the radar screen, and under attack. Hitherto ignored by the MSM, the blogs and YT channels are now under attack by the MSM - marginalize and ridicule being the first weapons. Brace yourself, it will get worse.

So Kneale - you being one of the famous Useful Idiots - your attention encourages us, as it evidences that the message of patriots like KD are having an effect. Otherwise, you would continue to ignore.

  • Karl rules!

  • awesome

  • Traitors with no loyalty to country or countrymen fill public office while complicit cowards in the media help to puppeteer the minds of Americans. Thousands have died in a war for Israel while tens of thousands return home injured and disfigured. Who among us has the honor, courage and commitment to stand up?

  • Thank you.

  • I hope one of them takes your challenge

  • Dennis getting pwned....again.

  • You must have really gotten to Dennis on this one...He featured you on Thursday or Friday's show! Well Done (but he still doesn't get it-big surprise!)

  • that msnbc dude got owned.

"wake up and smell the coffee buddy!" lol

  • OUCH! Karl tells it like it is. A huge dose of reality that the Obama Nation will never swallow.

  • It is nice how you tell it like it is. Great video

  • the more debt the Nation has the wealthier it is - so say some Democrats from CA.

  • My friends from the spirit world have informed me that we'll be going to war with China very very soon. China don't wanna be our slave bitches anymore and they've decided to fight back. Brace yourself.

  • He probably has 0 tolerance b/c he has a certain credibility to maintain in his business guys. Leave it alone, he is doing his part in life shedding light on the economical conspiracies that surround us. Not everyone believes everything you do.

  • Excellent : Your logic is irrefutable - this Neale is a muppet. He obviously plays to the

lowest order of ' sheeple ' Bravo - for your directness & moral courage.

  • Sir, I'm standing up right now clapping with the a true sense of pride with this video. It's about time that a man that looks professional is telling those what professionalism is. You sir are doing a wonderful job and standing for who a true patriotic american is. Thank you !!

  • I don't watch CNBC, but I heard that they fired Kneale due to extremely low ratings. Sorry to see that's not the case.

  • I wish you could get this video to him. Very good K.

  • He watched it - I got email from him about 10 minutes ago :) He has promised that I'll be "surprised" at his show tonight.

    We'll see.

  • This'll be funny. I presume they'll go the usual route; Since the general public really hasn't a clue... some ad hominems will be tossed at you for marginalization's sake and it will be followed up with technical "tounges" to appear as the authority and ulitmate victor in the discussion. I'm not sure I can catch the show but I'm certain you'll have your own follow up:) Good luck!

  • Watching CNBC is like watching WWE..

  • lol, or any other MSM for that matter.

  • Bingo!

  • mr denniger, i'm wondering what your opinion of metlife is......

  • BOOM.

  • I said good day!!

  • hahaha CNBC is full of boobs

  • best financial vlog on the web!

  • call the wambulance

  • Are we still ranting about mark to market and bank insolvency? That is so 2008

  • Great Video :)

  • I love MSNBC, its like watching those old Nazi propaganda films in high school. Propaganda is very entertaining, the best part is the next few days at work you get to here how people respond to their programing, They speak on a subject using the same "catch phases" and "digested" arguments" they herd in the propaganda.

Even the way they are directed to frame the entire subject is funny. Its like watching a mouse in a maze,

Me, I love it, it tells me who the dangerous and ignorant are

  • Warning: 9/11 "Troofer" crap will get you PERMANENTLY blocked on my channel. It also gets you banned on my forum.

A few people just got blocked for it here, probably because they got nailed on the forum and came here to run that line of crap.

I have zero tolerance on this subject. Go run it somewhere else.

  • So you would agree that mass insulates molten steel.

And you are not calling me a liar, YOU ARE CALLING THE FIRST RESPONDERS LIARS. What they reported was molten steel 3 weeks after the collapse. Oh, and this occurred under all three buildings.watch?v=LTa_XL_k8fY

Hey, do you believe that we found WMDs in Iraq.

Did you know that the US gave Saddam weapons and training after he gassed his own people. Bin laden was on the CIA payroll too.

  • Kneale is a journalist, not a financial guy. But, being on a news channel, you'd think he'd try harder to be a good journalist.

  • Jews did 911. It sez on the internets.

  • So now we're unAmerican if we tell the truth? If the CNBC financial experts had let the public in on the truth this time last year, some people might have been able to save some of their 401Ks.

  • It has been "unAmerican" to tell the truth for a long time.

  • unfortunately you're right...

  • Indeed, if you tell the truth now, you may well be classified as a terrorist.

  • USA is a fraud.

  • CNCB is like Fox News! Constant festival of ignorance with bunch of clowns entertaining dumbed down audience . And the biggest clown of them all is Jim Cramer calling housing bottom after calling it again and again!

  • Mr Denninger proper accountancy seems to be an act of treason in todays US&A.

Sadly enough American Idol judges have more saying on public opinion than massive fraud, lying, deceiving hence the moral standing of wall streets banksters.

  • YEaaa, go to hell with them. SCUMS, SCUMS, SCUMS.

  • Karl how excellent are your pointed barbs. The truth hurts, but without it this cancer of lies all feeding the political end will destroy the wonderful country that was once America. Here in the UK,our satellite, cable and terrestrial TV are lying on steroids. Our newspapers if by accident issuie a painful story,it is pulled and editorial silence descends(nb Daily Telegraph) or worse the story is issued in such complexity that only an inner ring of know it alls are alerted.Time for revolution!

    GM couldn't keep plants open.

  • CNBC is the Worldwide Wrestling Federation of business journalism. The US Congress is the Worldwide Wrestling Federation of accounting - the Social Security and Medicare entitlement tsunami will put everyone under water.

  • Yeah the license to print money can get ugly if you abuse it.

  • gitem carl

  • Wow, never considered how the fractional reserve leverage could turn against them and 10% loss would technically cause you to be bankrupt. Great Video, 5 Stars!!

  • Right On!

  • cnbc is a Joke... ever since the rick S rant ..all the pin heads are coached on what they can say and do on the air..

the only one worth anything is Jane Wells.

  • Dennis scumbag is implying that if you are fiscally knowledgeable you are an unpatriotic American-hater. Just how low will these losers sink? Kill your TV.

  • Out of the park, Karl, out of the park!

  • Great informative video. As for Dennis, he is just another meaningless MSM traitor.

  • Dennis Kneale is just following the Bulltard mantra that CNBC makes them talk about.

The ANALysts are always wrong on the show

besides you, Peter S. and a handful of other

    nonsheeple.

Dennis Kneale is just a Bulltard puppet with

a hand up his azz manipulating his every move.

Smart investors don't get emotional or take sides on the market. Smart investors can make money no matter what the direction.

Beaker needs a Miss Piggy Heeeeeeeyaaaa!

  • What I don't understand is WTF is a Sweep Account?? This is one messed up shell game. I don't know whether we need more government or less government, perhaps we had too much the wrong way huh?

Perhaps they need to raise the reserve ratio and set some real standards on securitization and derivatives etc.

  • He is right on about GE. Their debt is over $400 billion due to GE Capital. The rest of all their other businesses combined can't pull them out. Stock is worth less then $2 assuming the rest of the company can hang in there.

  • lmao karls loading longs on every single dip you fools

  • karl for president!!!!

  • Good Job Karl!!

  • Your video is great but the truth is very depressing. We are done, toast, over, bupkuss, the end. Oh well I didnt have anything 30 years ago, whats 30 years work anyway? Just material things, just food and shelter, who needs that when you are 60, 65, etc. Thanks all you financial operators for ruining our lives and our country.... I hope you all burn in hell....

  • The million dollar question is when the house of cards comes crashing down on the market. The economy is already there.

  • I agree with what he is saying but they changed the mark to market accounting and the fed keeps PRINTING MAD MONEY the stock market isn't a reflection of the U.S. economy anyway wallstreets earnings come from China wallstreets factories are in China wallstreets workers are in China

  • excellent point pro2, but these types of people don't care where their fiat money is derived. They don't mind selling their brother's future, for fiat dreams; it's silly somehow they think themselves immune, from repercussions.

It's funny to watch them scrap, beg & backbite. Since they have no real marketable skills, save exchanging other people stuff; this is their only recourse. History has been about saving these clowns; while middle America could care less, well not this time.

  • This is about much more than just bloggers and Kneale. The fraud being perpetrated by these banks and corporations is being covered up by CNBC and the other networks. KD I'm glad you're around spreading some truth.

  • Booyah! Total Ownage!

Ok, time to buy more gold and silver. :)

  • kdenninger RULES. You have hit another out of the park.

  • Outstanding Analysis !! Your videos are much appreciated.

  • KICKED AND OWNED !!

  • Good video Mr. Denninger. My only question is about the "mark to market" in real estate. Steve Forbes has come out against M to M on bank assets. I agree that once a home/business goes into foreclosure it should be M to M, but those still collecting mortgage payments.?.Accounting rules are a mystery to me. Thanks again for the video.

  • YES, MTM on ALL assets.

Anything "underwater" is an UNSECURED loan. You should have to hold dollar-for-dollar capital against ALL unsecured lending.

NO BANK EVER FAILS if you do that. It is the failure to enforce regulatory capital requirements PROPERLY that leads to bank failures EACH AND EVERY TIME.

  • Thanks for your reply. I agree with you. Where are the bank regulators? I'm a retired seaplane mechanic. All I know about banking I learned from the Bailey Building and Loan in "It's a Wonderful Life."

Maybe there's a video idea in the BB&L in today's world.

Thanks again for your videos and caring. tjm

Tried to give you 6 stars but could only manage 5.

    p.s.--Dennis Kneale is a schmuck.

  • Great speech. I really wanna see kneale's face when he is watching this video.

  • awesome rant. and the truth, at that. keep it coming karl... get this crap on the table.

  • You gave him a good beating carl!

  • Damn good video. You rock on.

  • Wow, this is a great speech.

  • +i am still hoping to see the return of

HONOR, RESPECT and the HONESTY that is so lacking. What is going on now does not build TRUST. Thank you for posting. I appreciate this and read your column daily on your website

  • Great job.......thanks for the post...keep speaking the truth!!!

  • Bingo.

  • HAHAHAHAHA PWNED!!!!! CNBC got teabagged!!!

  • Kneale got served!

  • What I have learned from all of this is that the "main stream" media are a bunch of cheer leaders for the government and wall street. These people could put the Nazi propaganda machine to shame.

  • Dennis Kneale is a paid stock pumping pimp. His job is to keep people long. Defrauding the viewing public IS THEIR BUSINESS.

  • CNBC is advice for the masses, the fools. We profit off the fools. Their disinformation can make you money.

  • watch out for Alt-A and ARM loans resetting in 2010 & 11

  • S&P500 is the next WTC7.

    Controlled demolition for financial armageddon.

  • I do believe America has a great number of thieves and crooks in our monetary system...

  • RIGHT ON!!!!!

  • He's paid to try and make US tolerate it.

  • Kneale needs to go overseas to Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea, Germany, etc and then he'll see who has the latest technology, who is the most innovative and who is the most suave.

  • He must be paid heaps to spout this rubbish & CNBC lets him on tv to impress his girlfriend

  • Keep on 'em Denninger. One of your most passionate and well done videos to date.

May the idiots in our Government stop this before it's too late.

  • Way to go!

  • 5 stars.

  • Karl , I want on your team, YOU are " THE MAN" !

  • *****!

  • Is Kneale a Democrat? Cause that "patriotism" rap is the same schtick the Republicans used to Bamboozle the People for 8 years.

"patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel" -Samuel Johnson

  • Thank you Karl. Great video.

  • passengers on the Titanic didnt believe that ship could sink either...a wise person would be looking for a life jacket about NOW

  • *****

  • Regarding Kneale's rant, you know he's desperate and lacking any real argument when he tries to appeal to an individual's patriotism to win over the crowd and further his agenda.

  • + 100000000

  • Corrupt & Greedy Financiers who bring the Nation to the brink of ruin are unpatriotic, cynical, American haters, and anything else you can think of along that vein.

The same goes for the yapping lap dogs of said financiers - such as Dennis Kneale.

How dare he equate what is good and right in America with these bankers and their short sighted, destructive greed.

  • Their greed is not short-sighted or destructive to them.

The rest of us can get jobs as their servants, or starve. I don't think they care.

  • Hey Dennis: In short...NO

I refuse to prop up any wall street execs by putting my money to them. This system is a scam and the wealthy are trying for their last grasp.

I got news for them, they won't be able to take their wealth with them when the people send them to hell!

I LOVE YOUR ANGER!!! KEEP IT UP!!! GREAT VIDEO!!!

  • Keep hammering them Karl.

  • Well said!

Don't worry about the idiot - Kneale - he is a media/gov pimp!

America need more peole like you - but not Dennis.

  • Great job on this one Karl. You knocked it out of the park.

  • You call Kneale whatever you want... I call him idiot shill

  • well done!

  • Karl, please do a video on the specifics of how the reserve ratio laws have been changed over the years. Thanks!

  • I don't know why a man of this stature and brains bothers to address a paid propagandist, especially one as idiotic and bad at his job as Kneale. CNBC and MSNBC should not even be on the air.

You know it's bad when the vermin on financial TV begin to accuse analysts who don't go along with the Fed-Goldman-Obama axis of being unpatriotic. We are living through naked, open and continuous theft.

  • "We are living through naked, open and continuous theft."

    Well said Marcus.

  • I don't think the, FDIC can cover 10% of their bets.

Didn't IndyMac highlight this last year? I'm sorry, I've forgotten or was that, just a rumor? They covered up a 100,000 right and some after that, as well... but multiply that, by hundreds of Banks, I don't think they can cover their bets without printing.

Maybe they will give each Bank, Its own printing press. That sounds like a good Idea.

  • Kneale is just a stinky little troll that somehow ended up with his own television show to lure in retail investors at the perfectly wrong time.

  • A*W*E*S*O*M*E

  • Before watching his opinion( Kneale) (even though I know things r going south)

there was a little hope left in me (very tiney) but now I know its all over, to me its just like the weather man they really dont know the weather untill it happens and why dose he attack the experts when when all they r pedicting seems to be comming to fuision.I know why... its the ship is sinking yet they r prepairing for a long voage in ruff waters and dont need the life boat...or dont want us to know we need them

  • When Kenniger said "bupkiss" I spewed my drink.

  • Well... I'm not sure that bank losses constitute bankruptcy. A bank could, for example, run the bank like a ponzi scheme, even if it burned 90% of the deposits, rather than loaned out 90% of deposits. It's seems to me, that bad loans would be more likely to cause a credit contraction, rather than a default on the obligations the bank owes to it's depositors.

  • The reason the Fed bails out banks probably has more to do with the fact that they want to keep credit flowing, rather than fears that the banks are going to be unable to cover withdrawals.

  • It's Private issued currency NOT money. They are promises to pay a debt, FRN(s) are debt notes only or better know as Bills of Exchange or in banking, Money of Exchange

    stop repeating and learn /watch?v=ek_3X2ONCx0

  • Great video, this is one to pass around

  • I'm a nihilist, but that has nothing to do with wanting to end the world. Nihilism simply points out the simple philisophical truth that there is no inherent meaning or value in anything. All value is subjective... a projection of the psyche... of the individual. People who bash nihilism usually have no clue what it actually is, nor can they actually offer any legitimate basis for any kind of "objective value".

  • Correct.

Now, what is/should be the highest value a man has?

His own life and everything branches out from there. Peace

  • While it's true that most people desire to live, one can not from that fact, claim that any man "ought" to live. That is simply a non sequitur (we can't logically derive an "ought" from an "is").

Thus, even life is optional, and nothing more than a subjective preference.

It's also true that IF one wants to pursue other values, than one MUST be alive. However, the desire to "pursue other values" is a subjective one, and thus not a basis upon which we can assign "objective value" to life.

  • *Technically, the idea that we must be alive to pursue other values is an assumption. We really should say that one must "exist", in order to pursue other values. We really have no basis upon which to assume that life (as we know it) is the only form of existence. Thus, we can't even link life to the pursuit of values. Even that is an assumption.

  • You are correct in your thought, but you infer upon us a leap that "life" has an alternate meaning with no basis of proof.

Life is the highest form of value. Ex. A man values to sky diving, should he jump with no parachute? If he is a rational being he can pursue what he enjoys, but he must place a higher value on his life.

So IMO life is the absolute value for a RATIONAL being.

  • When you say that life is the "highest" form of value, what is that a metaphor for? Is "highest" a metaphor for "most popular"?

Is a popular value more valuable than an unpopular value?

Do you mean that it is the value upon which other aspects of "life" (aside from simply being alive) are contingent upon?

If so, are the values associated with life, more valuable than those that are or might be associated with death?

By what standard (aside from a person one) could that even be determined?

  • Here's another interesting question:

What is more rational, to live a shorter and more exciting life, or a longer and more boring life? How can one objectively measure risks against rewards? Should I be a skydiver, or a school teacher?

How can any of that be determined "objectively'?

  • Have you heard of Objectivism? You might understand more deeply what I'm trying to point out. People have a value system even I'f they know it or not. What is a top of that system? Well, life itself, and that is what i mean when I say "highest."

As for the questions you posed, I can not possibly answer those, simply b/c I'm not the one who is objectvely asking those question of myself, only the person asking those questions can answer them obectively.

  • Nihilism is not a lack of personal values/preferences. It is the recognition that one's values are subjective preferences.

For example, you may value your life as the "highest value". However, I certainly don't.

  • You may think you do not, but ultimatley any RATIONAL being does, and you are foolish if you think otherwise.

Life is not a preference! Everything other than life is a preference/lust/desire etc...

  • No... I really don't value your life. I hardly even know you.

Life is not a preference? So... it's impossible to prefer death over life?

    You're not serious are you?

  • Maybe your statment was not clear "...you may value your life as the "highest value". However, I certainly don't." Yes of course you can not value my life, but do you value your life? If you think you do not, then why do you feed yourself?

  • dear one , you are full of it. You are also human and wish to survive you must ojectively value your life. If you disagree i would be happy to have you as my slave , as it would no9t matter to you.

  • *IF* I wish to survive, THEN yes, by definition I must value my life. However, my desire to survive is a subjective one. Not everybody shares that desire.

Everybody knows that we can derive an "ought" from an "if". This is simple pragmatism. However, all pragmatism is subordinate to our personal (subjective) goals/desires/preferences. Without those, pragmatism has no meaning.

  • Yes, anyone on who does not "desire" to live is not rational and IMO is an unstable/insane mind.

My point is that if any rational mind thinks that life is not the highest form of value, then don't nurish yourself and see how far you go before you realize you are incorrect in your thought. Peace.

  • On what basis could you possibly argue that it is irrational (by definition) to prefer life over death?

For example, if someone does not enjoy life, would it not be rational for them to commit suicide (assuming there is very little room for improvement)?

    Is euthanasia irrational?

Also, "being rational" is yet another personal preference and it's a subjective concept.

You might argue that it's irrational to be religious, whereas I could certainly make the case that it is often quite rational.

  • Are you saying suicide is rational?

Also, I'm not talking about other values that steam from life, such as reli

  • such as religion. Any rational person knows that life is the highest form of value and other values that are impotant to them steam from the tree (life). Also, you are just stating opinions about how one should live their LIFE, but without life they're are no choices.

Also, is being alive "irrational"? I think not!

  • I can't believe you think one can assign a value of either "rational" or "irrational" to something (such as an action/behavior) without any sort of context.

If (for example), one can save the lives of many others, by sacrificing one's own, then certainly, sacrificing one's life could very well be considered a "rational" course of action (and would demonstrate that an individual valued other things, more than one's own life).

  • I'm saying that whether or not suicide is "rational" DEPENDS upon the situation, and the desires of the individual in question (not to mention your definition of "rational"). It's not like we can take an action, and assign to it a value of "rational" or "irrational" without any sort of context.

  • Does good or evil mean anything to dead person? Likewise, nothing can be of value to a dead man.

HOW CAN KILLING ONESELF BE RATIONAL IN ANY SITUATION, YOU MAKE NO SENSE!

Lets define rational-having or using the ability to reason.

Reason-to reach a conclusion by logical thinking.

I'm not saying one cannot kill themslf if they think that will truly make them "happy."

Also, I disagree with you that a rational person would value someone else's life above their own.

  • So... if you have a terminal disease, and all you have to look forward to is a slow, agonizing death, you don't think it might be a good idea to commit suicide?

You think it's rational to experience great amounts of pain for essentially no reason?

Also, the idea that our preferences are the result of rational deliberation is incredibly misguided. Genetics and environmental factors have a lot more to do with all that, but I know Objectivists don't believe in all that science/causation/etc..

  • Ok, say someone did commit suicide. Now what? They are dead.

Now lets say the person killed himself even though science/technology created a cure the day after he died, and he knew about the cure. Would they still have commited suicide?

Also, are you not the one who brought religion into the mix first? LOL

What does good or evil have anything to do with religion? Is not good and evil a form of ethics? Which by the way you enjoy to bring up in your ridiculous examples.

  • Earlier in our conversation, you admitted that there was no objective way to weigh risk against reward (to weigh cost against benefit). That is something only an individual can do. Thus, only an individual can decide whether the minuscule chance of a new cure, is worth the pain in involved in waiting for one.

As for "ethics": "Ethics" is just pragmatism as it relates to one's personal preferences. Using religious terms like "immoral" to replace modern terms like "effective" is pretty silly.

  • "good and evil"

    lol

I love when people try to resuscitate ridiculous religious concepts/language.

  • If someone values death, death they will achieve, period.

  • Well... that's true. However, we don't really know what "death" is (because we don't really know what life is). So... your statement doesn't really say a whole lot. It's just a tautology.

  • death is not having life! Life is the reality of one's own existence.

Know who is making the leap into religion huh?
