This is a complicated jump, the hardest of the 3 because you can only try it TWICE. Once you are up there, fire the RPG. The SECOND it enters the iron sight, jump and stroll back at the same time. You CANNOT teach this via video or words. It needs PRACTICE. Sorry.

Basically when the rocket fires, like a split mili second after it fires you jump, then you get the extra height. so timing is the key, when it goes into aim mode it should fire, just like 0.1 of a second after you jump, and voila :)
