we did this song at honors choir year before last :D we'd start so soft and controlled and then at the chorus the room just filled with sound and everyone would shut their eyes and sing and just feel the music....amazing experience :)

The first and second soloist were great. The second sound a teensie bit nervous but i have sang this plenty of times and understand how demanding it can be. Job well done. Your choir also sounded very good, the dynamics and clarity of certain words were remarkable. More consonants though! I enjoyed it.

This teacher is amazing to have all these students at the same level of good music. She kept the soloists in good taste instead of changing it to a Mariah Carey "take"....they were both very well trained and exquisite.,,and so was the entire choir!

Wow. This is incredible. I sang this with my regional honors choir and we were ok, but this was superb, especially for a highschool choir. The tempo was just right for the slow, surge style. 3:28 Wow. sing it girl! why wer you so shy before? The first soloist was incredible as well, but woo-ee, theat final "MY HOME" breathtaking. sorrowful. WELL DONE!!!!

I sang this song my freshman year of highschool and that was about 6 years ago...i must say that of all the recordings there are of this on youtube this one is by far the best one. The soloists are simply amazing...i got goosebumps...this was one of my favorite songs...besides All my Moses Hogan favorites. Great Job! This is an awesome Choir! Keep it up. :)
