  • Tracey, you are absolutely magnificent! How long did it take you after your accident to get back to the point where you can put on a peformance this great?

  • It took a long time for my residual limb to settle down so a leg could fit well enough. The dance leg took 8 months and £10k to develop (The NHS would never have got me this active again!). It still causes discomfort but I don't care!!! I'm glad you like my performance, but it was far from polished. I have some big shows coming up this year so I am training quite hard and pushing the limits. Watch this space, there is better to come! (Insha Allah)

  • Do you ever dance without your fake leg?

  • No. what would be the point in that? Egyptian Dance is my love and I want to do it justice.

  • You can't even tell you're a one legged dancer because you're so goo on your fake leg... it'd just be cool to see you actually dance with one leg.

  • The fact that you cannot tell is why it IS cool. I cannot see any benefit of a one legged dance other than being a spectacle, which is not the point. the point is overcoming a disability to the point of being graceful and balanced enough so as you cannot tell.

  • Well you do a great job of that... you're amazing.

  • Dancing to one of my favorite songs! I knew I liked you!!! <3

    Gorgeous!!!

  • Tracey- I love it! Really love this song too...hope to see you very soon. Liz xx

  • Thanks my darling. Can't wait to see you and Mido together HERE in the New Year! I'm so pleased for you. x x
