  • Hi.

What is the strap made of? Steel or plastic?

    Thanks.

  • @clintoncristiani83 The strap and case are both made of Stainless Steel.

  • how long would it take for this to arrive if i order today? i live in sweden

  • @farvitsocki It would be shipped on the 4th because of holiday closing times and would take around 5 days to arrive so it would arrive on about the 10th-12th January.

  • Hey i got the watch for xmas but it is too big. And im having a difficult time taking out the links. So how do you take the links out.

  • hi if I purchase this (blue) today, when will it arrive? I live in London=]

  • @NoThatFamous I would allow 5 days for delivery. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

  • @TokyoflashReviews so it would definitely come before xmas eve?

  • @NoThatFamous Usually shipping to London takes 5 days but it's difficult to guarantee because shipping services are really busy at this time of year. I wouldn't like to say because if there happens to be a delay you will be disappointed.

  • @tokyoflashreviews so the rouge touch will be back for purchase in January

  • @tokyoflashreviews thank you for the information and when it does come back out hopeully it will i will defiitly be one of the first buyers

  • @Tokyo flash please tell me where to get the rouge touch I really want that watch but don't know where to get it. Or tell me when it will be back up for purchase please respond in dire need of assistance

  • @J3BOYAH Hello, Kisai Rogue Touch is exclusively available at Tokyoflash Japan, i'm afraid there is no other place you can buy it. We are hoping the Rogue Touch watch will available again in January 2012.

  • I want you on my wrist..........

  • should i get green or blue leds? which shows easier/brighter?

  • @dominykyle Both are pretty bright. Depends on your favoured color choice.

  • @TokyoflashReviews what does the animation look like?

  • @inkybait basically the five minute lights rotate in a clockwise direction once every 15 minutes between 6pm and midnight. It's pretty cool.

  • Two Quick Questions: I Can Not Make Up My Mind Between The SENSAI PURE And SENSAI ALLOY; Can You Please Explain The Differance?

And For How Long Will It Be In Stock?

Looking Foward To Your Reply, Thanks.

  • @THELASTROCKFAN The only difference between Kisai Sensai Pure and Kisai Sensai Alloy is the color. The Pure has either a pure silver coating or a pure black coating. The Kisai Sensai Alloy has a combination of color, e.g. black case/silver strap or silver case/black strap. It will be in stock until at least 2012.

  • @TokyoflashReviews Thanks For The Information, I'am Buying Mine Today!!!

  • so whats better the rpm watch or that touch screen led watch by japanese abyss???? help!

  • when it is 3:00-3:04 for example, how can you read it from that watch?

  • @DeSuperieure At the top, above the 12 o'clock position, are 4 dots to show the in between minutes.

  • Hey TokyoFlash, I am getting one of these watches but I have a relatively small wrist. How can I make it tighter without having to take it to a watch store or anything like that? Can I take the links out myself?

  • Lol, when you flash this at your friends, they'll think it's a joke by looking at a circle that lights up. You'll see him asking another person to make sure you arn't lying.

  • i just got mine today but its too loose. How do i tighten it?

  • @NineTailedArrancar You can take it to your local watch shop or jewelry store who will be able to take a few links out for you quickly and cheaply so that it fits your wrist perfectly.

  • @TokyoflashReviews oh ok thank you, btw great watch lol

  • @TokyoflashReviews How long does the batter last? I mean usb charging is great but how often does the battery need to be recharged?

  • @DiGiTaLM4N The battery will last at least a month on one charge. There are 300 charges in one battery so it is estimated to last 25 years. The battery is easily replaceable too.

  • Dear santa..

  • how long is battery life on one full charge?

  • @Juny1219 1 charge should last 30 days. There are over 300 charges in one battery so it should last a very long time. The battery is also easily replaceable and only costs a few dollars.

  • do you ship to sweden?

  • Water proof? ;D

  • @privanoftheivan This design is water resistant to 3ATM, which means the watch is protected against small accidental splashes, perspiration and water vapor but should not be submerged in water or worn in the shower.

  • @TokyoflashReviews hey do u guys know when the 7ron watches are coming out?

  • you got skills

  • @runescaper124352 thanks!

  • but will it blend?

  • @machomamajr hehe ;-)

  • I really love the look, but can't imagine buying another watch which constantly requires use of 2 hands to be able to see what time it is. With my last one I found I was often heading for trains or appointments with both hands full and struggling to view & activate the watch. This one seems to require two fingers - so hand totally free?

Not a failing of the visual design, but I say a failing of usability to not have found a simpler way to activate it - eg. wrist shake, touch strap against body

  • @anorak103 Thanks for the feedback. We recently released a couple of LCD watch designs, Kisai Rogue SR2 for example; this has an always on LCD display and LED backlighting so you don't have to push a button to display the time.

  • @TokyoflashReviews Thanks for the reply! LEDs are still very desirable - I must say - but I think it's time for the ideas on how to actuate the displays to be as radical and progressive as the visual designs. How about either simply pressing the screen - that way it could be pushed against any part of the body (from the chin to leg!) or nearby object - or using a mild shake to "wake" it (as we can with some phone apps). You can have these thoughts for free ;)

  • @anorak103 Nice idea, we will keep this in mind for future designs. Thanks for your useful feedback.

  • @TokyoflashReviews

To propose an extra feature concerning LED activation. You really should consider using the center disc as a LED controller. Imagine, just touch the disc and the watch lights up. It only requires some cheap electronic components to loop (by impedance) between the back of the watch and the disc (since the body is current-conductor). Such a disc which is the key of this design shall not remain passive towards the user. Question, is another production planned ? thanks ;)

  • @PaowZ Thanks for the feedback, this idea was considered but not included. All Tokyoflash watches are limited edition so there are no guarantees of another production.

  • Hi I can't decide between the black and the silver. Which one do you think Is more resistant to scratching?

  • @timesneverwasted Thanks for your question. They are both made of stainless steel so there isn't really a difference in the material. I guess with the SS version being lighter in color, if it gets scratches, it is less likely to show up.

  • please please, please please, BRING BACK Kisai RPM Acetate Limited Edition Led Watch SATURN EDITION omg omg please PLEASE!!!!

  • hello....does it means that, the display animation will display 4 times in one hour?

  • @helmi9754 that's correct yes. if you have a look at the Kisai RPM Green - how to set the time and animation tutorial video on our channel, you can see the animation in action!

  • Just unboxed mine, amazing watch but I had to take some links out. Could have used some instructions on how to adjust the strap, took it to a watch shop nearby and got them to do it for me for £7, worth every penny though.

  • @RichDante89 Great! Hope you enjoy wearing your watch! If you plan on buying more Tokyoflash watches, you can order a strap adjusting kit for $10. Then you'll easily be able to adjust all of your watches. Just email service@tokyoflash(dot)com for details.

  • oww..seems that mine got a problem.the animate light up for the first and second fifteen minutes...than after 30 minutes, its will display the animate..

  • hello...i just got my black rpm...i have a few question here...about the display animate,is it every fifteen minutes?because,my rpm display its animate within every 1 hour, and sometimes not display it.one more thing is about the strap.it is cover with black colour, but every end of each strap does not have a full black??i mean, the pieces of strap.

  • @helmi9754 Hello & thank you for the feedback. When the animation mode is set, it will light up once every 15 minutes between 6pm and midnight. About the strap, there may be small parts between the links that are not coated during the ion plating process. This shouldn't be noticeable when the watch is on your wrist.

  • @TokyoflashReviews

oww..seems that mine got a problem.the animate light up for the first and second fifteen minutes...than after 30 minutes, its will display the animate..

  • Theoretically speaking, how long would the battery last if the LEDs stay turned on? less than a day? would it overheat the watch? Would be appreciated if you would answer.

  • @BDWD Thanks for your question. It wouldn't overheat the watch, but a single charge would last only a couple of hours if the lights were permanently lit.

  • @TokyoflashReviews - Thank you for the quick response. Now I understand the reason why the watches don't stay on. It would be nice if future watches could stay on, at least 1 minute or 5 minutes. Just a suggestion.

  • I hate how the watch is always off unless you press the button.

  • Currently pre-ordering Black (Blue Light) version as a present for a friend. I am very confident he would be very satisfied ^_^

  • I would buy this if there was a way to make it display the time for a longer period time after a button press.

  • @mccheeseburger01 thanks for your feedback, we're listening. Stay tuned, there should be some designs that are suitable for you coming soon.

  • This is a very nice watch !

  • Just got mine. It may be a coincidence, but the length of a wristband is just right to fit around my wrist. The first watches so far, which needs no wristband correction for me to wear. And as I spend most of my time in the places with poor lighting, those leds are very useful. Great watch, elegant design. I'm happy ^_^

  • @lucif0rm Thanks for your feedback lucif0rm, we appreciate it. Enjoy wearing your watch!

  • The only thing I dont like about this watch is in the bright sunlight its pretty much useless.

  • @innotech My RPM is super bright & works well outdoors. Love it!

  • This watch is so cool! My birthday is coming up, I just might ask for it :)

  • idk looks to geeky I rather wait till they come out with another tokyo flash rogue model or get a black dice guru.

  • @swat305GINO There might be a design you like coming soon. Subscriber & stay tuned!

  • @TokyoflashReviews sounds like a good idea lol and why did the they take out tokyo flash rogue from production really liked that watch.

  • @TokyoflashReviews Is their gonna be a version of this watch with white led lights. If so please inform me when you do ill buy it right away :D

  • Comment removed

  • €152.36

  • Just bought one of these.

HOw is the battery removed? Not that I need to do it anytime soon but I will eventually need to know how.

  • @innotech Thanks for your question. The battery can be removed in the same way as a standard watch battery. By opening the case back and unclipping the battery from its position. It's best if you take the watch to a watch shop as they will have the correct tools and will be able to do it quickly and easily without damaging the watch. But, you shouldn't need to replace the battery for many years.

  • How often do I have to recharge it? I had a Kyokusen (which I miss alot), but I sent it back because the battery died after just a week :(

  • @LiberoMan Hello there, thanks for your comment. RPM has a rechargeable battery which you'll only need to charge once a month. The battery lasts for 300+ charges (which is a long time) and you can replace it if necessary in the future.

  • @ulovemewithureart you can use points to contribute towards your order. 1 point = 1 yen. All customers get 600 points for registering at Tokyoflash. If you win 1000 points, you'll have 1600 points. If you then purchase Kisai Transit for example, you'll get 1,600 points (yen) off the price 3,900 yen. That's a 41% discount.

  • I hope to get one of these soon.

  • Subscribe to the TokyoflashReviews YouTube channel for the chance to win a watch from Tokyoflash when we reach 1000 subs :-) Only 210 subs to go!

  • i got it its awesomeeeeeeee

  • ce ceas ii ala nici macar nu iti arata ora....

imi iau de la vadan cate vreau cu 12 lei

  • Best watches in the world!!!! I own 2! Infection and light speed! :D

  • Too cool. I can't decide if I want the stainless steel of black version of this watch.

  • I wish I had enough money for this :S

  • Excellent Design Again :D

  • I love the simplicity

  • Great watch! :)

  • extra cool !

  • ... like from movie Tron :) ... I like IT ;)

  • Love this watch :) If I win the points I think I'll use them towards buying one :P

  • Best watch ever :) Want to have him :)

  • Very nice watch! My mate just got this and I wish I could get it :(

  • Most awesome watch ever! !:

  • this design is cool but it seems larger than it has to be, but its awesome that tokyo flash take so may concepts and make the top ones

  • I love the idea of wearing this and confusing everyone.

  • Do want! :D

  • Do want! :D

  • GOOD!

    My NeXT watch...

    :-)

  • omg this watch is beautiful! if the TRON watch isnt what I expected im TOTALLY buying this one!

  • Awwww it looks so sweet =D

  • Out of all the RPM colors the original looks the most stylish. Like people would notice me with watch and not just the watch.

  • Have a Tenmetsu on my wrist right now. Would kill for an RPM though.

  • Make the face solar so the LED's can stay on. Make the face a button to press instead of the other one. Use color changing led's for minute hand,e tc.

  • I wouldnt want to have to push a button every time i looked at my watch just to see the time...

I wish it had a dim always on mode and then push a button to illuminate it more that way you could check the time at anytime with just a glance at the watch.

  • @darthmauled it's not such a problem to push the button. Hopefully some of our up coming designs will be more suitable for you :-) Stay tuned!

  • @TokyoflashReviews could u do as @drathmauled said it would be really helpful

  • @darthmauled

I have an Oberon, I don't mind to push a button. With practice, it takes 2 seconds to read time.

And If the light were always on, your battery would last one week...

  • can you tell me of when i buy the watch I need to pay for they bring wet up to my house

  • @kripsp35 Free Shipping. Maybe Tax have to pay depends on your country I think

  • what is the difference between this one and the rpm ss?

  • @randomtricksvideos RPM SS is finished in Stainless Steel whereas the original RPM has an IP Black coating. Both look awesome :-)

  • @TokyoflashReviews I thought it was made with Black polished brushed chrome

  • @HEadshot00001234 It's polished and brushed IP black coated stainless steel.

  • Just put my preorder in last night. I CANT WAIT TO GET IT

  • @mastamuffin Not too long to wait ;-)

  • Hey i have a question. So far which of the Tokyoflash watches is the coolest and best. Which one would you recommend above the rest and why? Thanks

  • @OMGEddyissoo1337 That's a difficult question because there are many designs with unique differences.

    I recommend:

Denshoku in silver: simple to read, the aluminum material and coating is stunning.

R75: has binary mode and standard digital mode, awesome in gold.

Console: simple to read, awesome shape, fits wrist well.

Satellite / Transit: affordable & fun designs, both simple to understand.

  • why is the push button not in the middel?

  • @UnderWar Unfortunately, it was technically very difficult to have the button in the middle so we opted for a button on the side.

  • hi. i have another question. what if i dont have a computer or laptop at the time i needed it to recharge..Can i use the convenience outlet for charging it? Is it included in the box for AC outlet?

  • @Picto58 Thanks for your question. I'm afraid you can only charge RPM via your computer using the USB cable provided.

  • @TokyoflashReviews surely one of the one of those plugs with a usb socket will do it.Usb power is usually 500ma, so any charger within 500ma-550ma should do it

  • @Picto58 You can get a USB wall plug, like for IPHONE it works if you do not have a computer.

  • I just received my Kisai RPM watch today and it was definitely worth the wait!

The quality of the watch is awesome! I can easily read the time with this.

Im gonna upload an unboxing video of the watch as soon as i have the time.

Thanks tokyoflash! I hope youre going to make the tron watch. I will definitely buy that!

  • @macky2663 Great, glad you like it :-)

  • i bought the Rogue watch and it is super unique in design, all of my friends asking me where do i buy it and said its design is futuristic. The new concept is nice but the usb socket for re-charging i may have a problem with that...hmm! i'm thinking right now...

  • @Picto58 thanks for your comment. Recharging is easy. The watch has a screw USB port which is flush against the case so it looks great and a small screw driver and USB cable is included with the watch so you can unscrew the cap & charge it via your computer. You should only need to recharge at most once a month.

  • @TokyoflashReviews That's great ok. thanks for the info.

  • @TokyoflashReviews

Can you plug the USB end into a USB charger? Like an iPod AC outlet charger?

  • I own the Tokyoflash Rogue watch and really love it a lot. As soon as the holidays are over and I can go shopping for myself, I am DEFINITEYLY going to buy this!!

  • It sucks that the LEDs arent constantly on.... if so, i would get it right away!

  • Hey guys, I received my RPM watch today, it only took 5 days to reach the UK!

It's awesome!! Far better than I could have imagined!! The build quality is excellent, I can read it easily already and it looks great on my wrist!

Thanks Tokyoflash, you're the best! :-)

  • stupid device

  • it should have like 3 levels of brightness and the energysaving standby mode (off), and instead of the middle being purely aesthetic it should have a motion/light detector that you then swipe your hand over to change the brightness level. If they did that then I could give it a solid thumbs up and feel justified in coughing up over $200.

  • Looking forward to it! Unfortunately they cannot ship it thru fedex so i have to wait for 10-14 days. Now i rily cant wait! =) Hope u get yours soon and please leave ur comment about the watch.

  • @macky2663 Oh, that's a shame, but it will be worth the wait when it does arrive i'm sure!

Mine is nearly here, I have been tracking the delivery. I will let everyone know as soon as it arrives :-) So exciting!

  • How long does it last on a single charge?

  • @1MTH38055 Thanks for your question. The battery in RPM should last around 1 month on a single charge. It takes 3.5 hours to recharge (USB cable included) and there are 300 charges in 1 battery. The battery is easily replaceable too.

  • I'm sorry I don't understand how to read the minute. I get 3 but where....ahh I see. nvm I get it as I continue to type..lol

  • @jtaz612 It's easy once you get it ;-)

  • this is retarded

  • Ordered mine yesterday. Waiting for it to be processed. I cant wait! Can you ship it soon? =)

  • @macky2663 I bought mine in Tokyo already and can say it is way better than the pics and the video. 100% won't be disappointed.

  • @macky2663 me too!

  • press a button to read time? kidding me?

  • @mmovses I have a couple of watches from Tokyoflash, they're fantastic. The design is so interesting and original. Pressing the button to read the time isn't a problem either. After a couple of days, it's as easy as reading a regular watch.

  • why not make a watch with a spinning disk inside witch shows time

in digital and with led lights to show it. they already made a big clock

with this idea why not make a watch?

  • @wetenschap123 you could submit your idea to the Tokyoflash Design Studio, you never know it may become reality like RPM :-)

  • Doesn't it make more sense if it's 15:43? instead of 48?

  • Great, the first watch which needs a tutorial to be read.

  • @GabyoTV Man it can't be any easier to read!

  • I bought the Oberon, very nice one. But this one is also cool.

  • Is it water proof?

  • @MANICDVLN Thanks for your question. RPM is 3ATM water resistant so is protected against small accidental splashes, perspiration and water vapor etc., but shouldn't be submerged in water.

  • Wouldn't it be great if someone designed a watch with, what shall we call t hem, "hands", one indicating the hours, and the other minutes. They could rotate around a "dial" on which analogue numbers are indicated. Then at a glance you could tell the time. Wouldn't need special buttons or illumination... I wonder if anyone will ever adapt this brilliant idea?

  • @BillynBertie Hmmm sounds like something you could find at any Walmart. ;)

  • you always need to press a button to read time? that's really annoying

  • I want one!

  • Hi I wonder if you can change the time according to country of wherever you please answer me thanks

  • @luchito2193 Hello, thanks for your question. Yes, you can set the time for any country you are in. It's very simple to do. You can find the PDF manual for the watch on the website which explains how to set the time.
