Dear Rob, I know you had many an afternoon adventure, trouncing through the snowy woods behind your house. Snow was a lot more desirable when you didn't need to drive a car through it to give piano lessons, I'm sure! Since there are driving gloves, golfer's gloves, bowler's gloves...are there pianist's gloves? Or should we go into yet another cottage industry and sell TruePiano mitt kits on your website? I just returned from an emotional 5-day visit to California, where I got reacquainted (after almost 40 years) with my sisters, nieces, and nephews, their wives, husbands, and kids. What a nice way to return to snowy Boise to view yet another stunning MoM production. I love the "shimmering" effects in the snow covered scenes. The music, as usual, fits perfectly. I was so happy when I found the autumn and winter images from the same point of view. Thank you for your lovely comments. Brezelbacken! I admit that I've not remembered ever
hearing this in German. But Steely Dan had a hit album
called Pretzel Logic, feat Ricki Don't Lose that Number.
I like your notion that my first 12 months here have
been a continuum of sorts, with one flowing into the
next. Not as effectively as what you did with Nadia,
but...I'm improving with experience, I hope! Thank you

Dearest Terry, this is my favorite of your videos. No, really. This time I am certain. The first two images of seasonal transition gave me pause to contemplate my life. To many, my life would seem strange, to others perhaps exciting or even crazy. But I can tell you, I have cherished every moment of it. Your video and this wonderful composition give me great comfort and peacefulness and somehow the assurance my turbulent life has been purposeful. What more could one ask?

The music has very subtle harmonies that truly highlighted its beauty, and your montage, as always used the most appropriate photographs for each note in the tune. Congratulations! The music was something special to listen to while being trapped indoors by the harsh winter like the giraffe at the end of the video. Thank you for the beautiful sounds Terry. I would be dreaming of the colorful trees in the beginning of the video that were lost to the winter.

They would close the roads because of a blizzard and I would be the only car out plowing through the snow in my '59 Chevy, You really ought to get paid for your humor Terrry. Beautiful video, music, images, atmosphere and collaboration. Robin's music is gentle, soothing and uplifting, the key of C Major which only has white notes has association with Snow and Angels, the pictures are beautifully and lovingly selected, I love every single one but my favourite is the light covered in snow followed by the Angel.

about the C Major key having white notes only. This is
a fun fact for lovers of piano who haven't studied music
or for those of us, ahem, who studied so long ago that
we can only remember how to find "home C" on the
keyboard! I also love the double lantern covered in
snow leading to the huge Jesus statue in Poland
as His outstretched arms cover the town which

My dear Winter-Queen,
you know my relation to winter-time is ambivalent. It seems time is passing slower and the world is somehow fading away. I try to see it as a time of gathering power for spring time! :)))
But nevertheless your montage is beautiful, and the music sounds like the dreamy, enchanting side of winter.
