What saab needs is a different price point. When some premium Volvos are less expensive, you arent going to make money in America regardless of your loyal following. Not to mention that most of the following is driving used, hmm probably because they still havent paid off the damn car, not to mention an endless list of complaints about engines and transmissions and etcetera Look, the 9-5 and 9-4x are beautiful, but no way in hell am i or anyone else paying 50 plus grand for one. Murano CC = 47g.
Chrysler/ Fiat just asked the US Govt. for a 3.6 Billion dollar load because they don't have the money to develop hybrid technology. They feel they need this to compete with other major players. Probably everyone is going to have to compete in the hybrid, EV and alternate fuels marketplace to be viable in the near future. I don't see Saab or Spyker coming up with the money to be in the game.
yay! There may be a chance for a new 900 turbo!! Anyway spyker was bound to drown. When they bought SAAB back in 2010 I was shaking my head trying to figure out how such a small company who sells so few cars could afford to buy saab. Anyway, yes managing a small company like spyker is 100 easier than a large one like saab, so they may find some rich guy who wants a play thing to fund them.
:( To Peeking to Paris Concept is so unique.....but, if you dont have buyers, you arent in business...........
