hey can you help me im trying to unlock my phone nokia e52 buy flash through Phoenix but when i click on flashing then firmware update i get no product code there so what do I do ?

I tried to flash my nokia 5220 xpress music using phoenix
In dead phone usb flash mode
But after some process i am getting error
The error is-
The flashing failed. Do you like to retry the flashing?
HRESULT 0x84210027 (-2078212057)
Firmware: Firmware updating failed. Error 0x8401F167 - Flash: Failed to initialize update server.
Pls do give solution to this pbm
