Out of all the Toonami Beats, this one is definitely my favorite. It really takes you back to the summer of 1997-1999, and just enjoying life back then. I really can't describe the nostalgia right now. I could cry....

That is probably because this is old school Toonami...

The promo is called "Teaching" by Moltar.

There is no "golden disk" per say, where you can find these. A majority of them are custom since I extended a lot of the promo tracks I found.

do you have the dbz track of "The Tree of Might" if you listen to it Lurker is the second theme that plays but i want the first

I assume by the first part you mean the synthesizers that have that sort of pulsing sound right before the narrator says 'From the deepest reaches of space", right?

Its the same beat, trust me man. You are just hearing one track of the sample that the Toonami producers isolated for the first part of the promo.

The whole track is Lurker. If I had found the track with the samples attached, I could (and would have) structured the beat to mimic the TreeofMight promo.

Alas, I didn't find Lurker that way. It is rare but a few of these beats I found with the samples attached (like Strength)

I am guessing that when Tommy Guerrero made his tracks he also included the samples and individual instrument's tracks with the full song.

This way the audio/vid guys at Toonami could use the music to compliment a certain promo in whatever fashion they wanted.

It would be sweet if I could find every track with those attachments. I could make some SICK remixes.

I have way too many files to make one "golden disk" for lack of a better word and I can't distribute CD's because then I really would be doing something to get the boot.

These songs aren't going to get lost. I have them backed up and then some.

I have taken every precaution I can (I don't claim this is my own stuff), so why shut me down? It's not as if I am making money or getting a whole lot of views from all this.

I couldn't. I tried and tried to find a complete version that mimicked the original Teaching video.

So I cut up what I could find, cleaned it up a bit and made this extended version.

The one posted on the Toonami web site back in the late '90s was pretty complete, if that's what you found.  It was used more than once, hence the various mixes of the song.
