  • Excellent help for us beginners. Its challenging to do the pole hold & lift lol. Thanks!

  • Thanks so much doll, Ive been looking for some strength exercises to help me with certain invert moves, etc. :D

  • Where do u get a pole like that? Could u use any pole?? Please answe back!!!!

  • @4everhorserider it´s a X Pole Xpert. you can buy them online. those poles are really safe. Never buy a cheap pole. Some people also have self-made poles, but they are normally not removable like the x pole

  • do u have to know gymnastics before wanting to be a pole dancer? lol cuz i cant even do the basic stuff like hand stands, etc.

  • @SuzannaBby813 no, you don´t have to of course. handstands aren´t basics for pole dancers, many start and can´t do a handstand first. But most learn it, because there are tricks where handstand are good to exit (but you still have your pole for support ^^)

  • Thank you for sharing!

  • This is incredibly helpful :) Thank you very much for sharing HUG

  • Thanks for sharing I have been off and on poling and recently just getting back into it this are great for finding my strength again esp that caterpillar exercise

  • I LOVE THIS! going to do it allll! thank you! x

  • for very beginners I recommend Pole Holds, Planks (also Side Planks) or Crunches. If you also want to strenghten your legs you can do squats. I think I found that song here on youtube

  • awesome vid :D but what u recommend for as safe exercises for very beginners??? ohhh and i cant find this song any where :o where can i find it???

  • Great video! This helps alot! It's hard to find video's that help with strength that arent already pole moves. Thanks!

  • Awesome video

  • My back is facing the pole

  • @Jazlynn87 than you could cross your legs around the pole (like Cross Ankle Release or Cross Knee Release) and go into a pole sit from there or if you don´t want to get on the pole you could do a Bow and Arrow in the Handstand (hook one foot and lean away from the Pole), then get back on your feet. It´ll look more controlled because you´re already closer to the floor with the unhooked foot. If you already learned the Dangerous Brian you could also get into this trick. Hope this helps a bit =)

  • Cuz of this great video I can finally do a handstand on the pole Woohoo... But just don't know how to get outta of it sexy

  • @Jazlynn87 congrats! i could give you some ideas to get out, is your back facing the pole or your belly?

  • I found this video really great, I also try the training and are perfect they help you a lot.

I wouldn't suggest to beginners, the exercises proposed for caterpillar. And also to all the people that cannot do an handstand ;)

    Thank you for this videoooos

  • @PoleDanceITA thanks. i only called it "beginner" because it´s the easier variation, but that might be confusing. of course this is too difficult for and dangerous for beginners. i´ll write it into my description.

  • great video!!im going to go do some of these exercises now!!thank you

  • This was great! please keep uploading videos like this (increase strength/tutorials), I learn so much from u!

  • great workout big thx !

  • This was great! I admit I havent watched all those tutorials as there are sooo many. I know so many of these from one instructional dvd I have & I wish I had done them early on, I would have been alot stronger quicker so this is great well put together strength building! Your such a beautiful girl & talented & wonderful on the pole, I bet one day you will have your own set of instructional dvd's!! I am glad to see your vids, most of mine are blocked in Germany!! xoxo

  • @PoleHeatherNicole thanks so much, you´re so kind =) mine are often blocked in germany, too (this one also^^). that´s really annoying...

  • These are great! Can't wait to get on my pole and try them. Btw, I think you spelt 'strength' wrong! :) x

  • @kayteeraychee omg, thanks for telling me my mistake, how embarassing...maybe i´ll change it and reupload the video =)

  • @kayteeraychee and you spelled "spelled" wrong lol

  • @tgrrrnbnny I'm British, that's how we spell it :) But both spellings are interchangeable.

  • Thanks so much me an my friends was watching your video for years an always bust r butts in the club trying to learn know we know wat to do ;)

  • @Jazlynn87 that´s great to hear. wish you a lot of fun with those exercises! you will progress so much faster
