ok for those of you who cant turn off the electric fence just after you climb down the ladder and turn the corner there is a fuse box. that has to be blown first.

you probably have to destroy all the fuseboxes in the level for the electric fence to become normal..

The fuck!? I pushed that box and pressed that button, and the fence was still electrified! I walked that entire stage over and over again, and eventually traded the game for Ghostbusters. I guess it was a glitch.
