Jk though... read this book, got both CDs from the band, but the second CD seemed kind of like selling out... it was decent. Either way, this song... and entire album was intense, badass, and awesome!
Every time I heard this 2007 comes rushing back to me, heroin isn't an addiction, its a curse. That will never leave despite how long you're off of it as sad as that is.

@xthexscarsxofxlifex no, and what i meant by cartoonish was bands like judas priest, ac/dc, slayer, and motley crue, while all of those bands do have some deep songs at times and i love them all, they write a lot of songs that are cartoonish and unrealistic lyrics. dont get me wrong i love those lyrics but i was just wanting to point out how this is so off the wall different and hits home harder than most metal tunes.
i read about this in the heroin diaries. this shit is amazing to read about this. i feel like i need to cry every time i hear it. Addiction is not a thing to mess with. this band is a true inspiration, and it kills me to look at the lyrics and see how much some of the people i know have changed over the years. kids my age, 15 and up, with cocaine, and who knows what it'll escalate to. Sixx AM, if only you could reach out to everyone i know, i could then be happy. thank you.
