I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

dumbest exercise ever.... there's plenty of effective variations of regular full DB and BB squats to keep your workouts interesting without resorting to crap exercises posted by chubby unfit guys
@riotriotriot55 actually if you do them correctly they do the opposite (especially split squats). Obviously if you have pre-existing knee problems that would have to be taken into account, and some other form of rehab exercise would be the best idea depending on the dysfunction.. but if you do your full ROM squats with correct technique they'll actually greatly decrease your risk of knee injury by strengthening the joint. Do some research into the works of REAL strength coaches not this idiot.

omg i love you! this is a great video with great advice esp the part at the end about standing up too quickly..i could only do about two of these squats but i can see how much they work the thighs!!! thanks, keep up the good work!!
