  • Very helpful interview, esp. his future decline estimate of another 7% in home prices based on current 30% below the peak prices. Wow, similar Apple stock sale mistake but my house ... is doing better... My feelings about Zillow's accuracy are very mixed because they seem to price things strangely - ie I've seen places here selling for FAR less than their Zestimate, effectively disproving that as a "market value".
