I have a complicated question. I just ordered this on ebay. Is it possible to Expand the USB port in the cowon q5w? like what I really mean is adding a USB hub to it so I can hook up keyboard mouse and other stuff same time. Is it possible have you tryed it?

Hi, sorry i didn't try this... to be honest don't use the q5w very much these days... But maybe you'll find answers somewhere else (forums...)

I know you can plug a keyboard (maybe not all keyboards) and some other stuffs.

Concerning games, you'll have to find by yourself (these are roms, as you should know) on google. Why ? Because these are not public domain games...

It runs on windows Ce, you know. So it can't run lot of progs. Indeed it's an excellent pmp !

Ok it runs with windows CE. thats all you need to know. Windows => Project 64, you get my way of thinking... and with the usb port you connect keyboard.... :P

ugh its a shame you don't see videos of people doing more with the q5w,it CLEARLY beats apple products in functionality (msn with voice chat beats phone) except the fact that its annoying to find a signal.

hi, it SHOULD run every app that run on winCe..in theory !

I never tried to plug a webcam in but some guys did, you should look on forums (french one 'owendia' is nice...but in french !)

The Win CE apps have to be compiled for the MIPS processor to work. Most WINCE apps are compiled for the ARM processor.

you HAVE to post up a how to somewhere!! my GPS runs wince 5.0 and I can run custom vids and mp3's off it using a simple hack into the filesystem. it even has a USB port on the side! this can totally be done! need more info ASAP!!! this is the best hack ever!!

No, it seems it is but it's defenitely not! The touch screen is really really good but the 'response time' wasn't well setted by me when i captured that video.

I checked SuperBox Pro 3 and only Windows 98, Me and XP drivers are included.

I just plugged a playstation controller in using

an usb adapter. (Mine is 'Superbox Pro 3').

Superbox accepts two paddles but only one can be used at the same time on the cowon q5w.

Hi, The emulator running mario & donkey kong on this video is 'Morphgear'.

You have to get some games roms too, but you must own original games off course ! :))
