Hello Max, i have seen your thread on precentral. It was very stormy ;) I've got a question for your simlock remove method. I've got a Pre from O2 UK. I haven't got a sim card from O2 UK. I've only got my local operators card and "sim lock-SOS only" on top of the screen. I wish to know if your method will work for me. I can enter the screen you showed on video above, and to the USB pass through menu without entering the phone software...will it blend? :]
this video is point less it shows nothing but u entering a code which u could have got from the spainish network if u got it from spain and then u would not need to cut the sim card.
Well, you are quite wrong. The code i entered was wrong and you should see the message - Incorrect.
I did not show the unlocking process on my PC, not to disclose any tips. And if you have ever entered a code to the Pre you should know - the phone does not restart, but just joins your network.
The card was cut because i used a chip along with the sim card before.
I can make as many video as you guys wish to show you it is real SIM Lock unlocking.. but i won't ;)
