Yes, it's like putting a stamp of approval on a "stamp of approval." It is nice to know that you've been 100% right all along your observational path. The conservative brain is the sheep brain, it can't lead, only follow, and when it attempts to lead, against its own nature, it makes spectacularly bad decisions, as we saw under Unelect bush. The last 3 gop "presidents," reagan, bush h, bush w, are responsible for 2/3 of Our National Debt, the other 1/3 by 41 Presidents. Amazing.

Conservatives do seem to operate more on gut-instinct. They often believe in the innateness of social hierarchies (the rich up top), a system that many animals "follow" instinctually. Obviously, once your brain is sufficiently evolved you can rely less on instinct & more on purposeful reasoning. Does the recent trend towards liberalism indicate a gradual "refining" in the brain? Are conservative thinkers a bit behind in that they're more compelled by the primitive parts of the brain?

Hey lighten up on us republicans we only want several things. We want the 40 hour work week extended to 50 hours, child labor laws diminished to include mandatory work for 10 year olds, drunk driving limits back to 0.22% blood alcohol level for mom pop bars to thrive, dissolve collective bargaining, undo Roe vs Wade, get rid of Social Security ,Medicare, use that money for military. While we are at it we can mandate death of public education that is a family matter and responsibility.

Finally we have a mechanistic basis for explaining 'conservatism', it's all about fear just like they've seemed all along.

Next will come independent validation, then studies in children, a little later studies of old vs new where people have had personality changes and the docs have got before and after MRIs of their brains.
