He does have a white tip; foxes with dark tips, or none at all, are not uncommon in the UK (unlike North America) but black-chested ones are very rare.
Yes, the footage is very dark but this is a very rare colour form of the fox, so I thought it was worth putting up on here anyway! The clearest bit is right at the end.
So does he have a black tip of his tail as well as a black chest?
