  • 15/6 the 6 is carb not fiber servings

    15 grams of sugar per day

    6 servings of carbs per day (= no more than 120 g carbs)

    plus 30 grams of fiber

    you eat only 15 grams of sugar in a day. READ LABELS!

    Plus make sure you are eating 6 servings of fiber with at least 5 grams per serving. For example: my bread has 1 gram of sugar and 5 grams of fiber per serving. That counts as 1 serving of fiber and 1 of sugar.

  • tell us please how to figure out the ratio of 15/6!!!!
