Where did you get your scandal base coat? I love those polishes with the bodice handles, but I cant find any.

@Supermansgirl01 nfu nail polish also has the bodice handles. the scandal ones i got from a local shop, its a korean brand. they have a website scandalcosmetics com au but i dont think its working :(
