Its not about flexible shoulders. U Just need to practice. It might take a couple dayz till you can wave(not really good). Then you try the second wave he's teaches, but it's a lot harder.. To make the wave look better, practice hand waving

the trik is the flexibale shoulders not all ppl can do this that's why there are so many dancing styles. Pacman what you do can't be tought come on !!
