ya i hate those birds! Over the weekend i shot 35 starlings, a grackle and two piegons with my Walther Talon Magnum in .22, they never stop!

The other gun is a Beeman 1041 (.177cal @495fps). Out of the two guns you're looking at I myself would get the Disco. It's a REALLY nice gun - light weight, short length, accurate, powerful. PCP's are sweet!!

I have the walther falcon .25 with leapers 4x16x50 scope it takes down all pests. I had a cracked stock which cause some flyers but pyramid air and umarex were awesome and replaced it no questions asked. I am keeping under dime sized groups at 20 yards with the weapon supported for added stability. I also had the venturi air ram installed.

By far the Benjamin Discovery .22 is the nicer gun.

I haven't shot the walther falcon but here's what I based my opinion on (which is what you asked for):

-Disco is short and light (a joy to carry)

-Falcon is LLOONNGG & heavy (49" !!!)

-Disco has no recoil (no problems scoping)

-Falcon has recoil (hard to get a scope to stand up to the double recoil)

-Disco is a more reliable gun that has fewer problems to go wrong with it. It's also a better quality gun. Disco is a PCP - ACCURATE, POWERFUL. You get lots of shots after pumping it up.

i also have found that the Disco is better for me. I cant another Spring Piston. And the recoil is horrible cause its sooo strong

@AirRifleandBowHunter but I know the discovery is really nice too. what is your longest shot? mine was 65 yards on a can on a grackel I made a 40 yard shot the wings didn't even move. exit hole was 1.5 inches.
