I've had a situation like that. I've had a customer pretty much drop the "F" bomb on me. It was kind of difficult for me to maintain composure by not swearing at them also because normally if someone cusses at me, I do it right back. I pretty much got a verbal beatdown from this crazy person, luckily the person calmed down and explained to me that she was just having a bad day and she was sorry for being so rude to me. I told her I was used to it and that I understood.
