What's weird is that this happened to me once. I was EXTREMELY fond of a friend of mine and his mother. His mother was a WONDERFUL woman. She was just 45. Anyhow, I hadn't seen my buddy for 2 years. He came to my house, watched a karate movie with me like everything was normal, and then told me his mom died of cancer. I was shocked and started laughing. I couldn't stop. I was too macho to cry, and didn't know what to do, so my brain reacted weird. I DEFINITELY didn't think it was funny.
