  • Ruth Goodman yummy !

  • What is the tune called at 0.01 onwards called?

  • I just thought of doing my bit to help out and inform my fellow Victorian Farm devotees that Alex, Ruth and Peter will be doing something very similar but in the Edwardian era (hence the name Edwardian Farm)and its going to play tonight, 10th Nov on BBC 2...for the Americans, I feel for you, you may have to wait a while. I am so excited...I know I'm a nerd, I'm 17 and I envy them for their jobs. I wouldn't mind banishing my a-levels and all modern technology for a year to experience this.

  • its being repeated on bbc2 soon.

  • Any idea when, I was watching on iplayer but I only got up to Spring and they disappeared. Was really enjoying it although had a real laugh at her attempts to use a treadle sewing machine, I'm only in my 40's and that's what I learned to sew on. Mum grew up on the farms of Kent and her singer treadle machine was her pride and joy, Dad converted it to electric a few years ago when her back became too painful to continue treadling.
