  • Lindsey Buckingham married the wrong woman. He should have married Stevie and been the envy of every man. missed out

  • lindsey should have married stevie perfect couple

  • @josiemcortez they fought too much. rumors...thats about them two and the relationship betwween the McVie's not good

  • 2:53... i really wish Christine McVie was still in the band. When she harmonized with Stevie it was killer!!

  • This wasn't from Fleetwood Mac's first album. Fleetwood Mac started in the 60s and they originally did Black Magic Woman.

  • @johnnystaccata Fleetwood Mac's first album with Ms Stevie Nicks, the woman Rolling Stone once named the " Queen of Rock and Roll ". And they were right in my opinion.

  • @TroubleinBellaDonna Actually Fleetwood Mac's first album was in 1968. In later years they added various people like Bob Welch and Stevie Nicks. Those people ruined the band. The Rolling Stone is a rag, and their opinion is not taken.

  • @johnnystaccata To each his own. Stevie is not your cup of tea but I find her fabulous !

  • @johnnystaccata Stevie didnt ruin the band she was one of the best things that happened Fleetwood Mac...

  • I think i just had a mac attack

  • Did they play this live for The Dance tour?

  • Lindsey Buckingham IS THE SHIT!!!!

  • @flymarvin cause you know ........its true !!

  • Great minds think alike.

  • Stevie was by far the reason for Fleetwood Mac's popularity in the late 70s but I have to agree that Chris was without a doubt the most talented woman on the planet! And yes she was the link between the older Fleetwood Mac and the later Fleetwood Mac. And it's not the same without her. Nobody can do "Say you Love me" like Christine.

  • Everybody please stop putting music on YouTube unless there is video. No still shots during songs even if live.

  • I think Mick gets possessed...

  • I love this song

  • One of the great ones

  • mick is one hell of drummer.

  • For gods sake someone please upload the album version. The audio on ALL of these is awful. This one is the only one that gets anywhere close to listenable, but it's still not right.

  • @tedward1986 : well obviously it's not the perfect studio version, but that's the trade off for "LIVE" music - there are no "safety nets" - considering that, I think it's good enough. The other live footage of Fleetwood Mac doing this song is better, IMO -check it out if you haven't.

  • @tedward1986 go buy the album

  • stevie was the voice, linsey was guitar and voice.

  • More I listen to this group the better I think they are. Very few of their cuts have flaws. Their material, of course, is brilliant, but more and more I am starting to respect the front of the band as much as the back.

  • "...got to get some peace in my mind..."

  • ha, more famous than one of the most famous bands in the world ever?

  • awesome pics!!! havent listened to the 75 album in a while til a freind recently asked me to play it--forgot how much i truely love this song!!

  • lol i put together my mom and dads record player and picked up this record by random and put it in .This is the first song that greeted my ear i thought it was amazing.

  • Thanks for the great memories...this was when music was music!!! And I "don't mind"!!

  • Yes kids - there was a time when it was all about the music.

  • New to me... thanks : )

  • Love this band, Stevie is a hottie!

  • I forgot how much I loved this song....I have not heard it in about 20 years, just watched the Adam Sandler movie Grown ups, and this song was on it, I just had to look it up to add to my play list. I love this song :-)

  • So this was recorded on my birthday when I turned 5? Nice timing! :-)

  • Great pics!

  • Oh Wow! I am not sure that I should have listened to that. It reminds me of both of my brothers and one of their best friends. They have all passed on now. Thank You for those memories.

  • Peter Green

  • like pics would prefered video but hey canna have everything lol good tune rythum section rocks

  • @cottonlee1 Chill out negative young dude! You can purchase the "good mac video" that U seek & let the rest of us enjoy positive comments about excellent photos that capture the mid-70's essence of an ever-changing band.

  • Fleetwood Mac was influential with rock musicians for years before the merge with Buckingham/Nicks. Green Manaleshi! Bare trees. On and on.

  • Fleetwood Mac was influential with rock musicians for years before the merge with Buckingham/Nicks. Green Manaleshi!

  • Nice photos - great audio... Thanks!

  • My dad used to pop this into his cassette player every morning on our way to school. Love the Fleetwood Mac Live recording.

  • I love USA......

  • Can we all just stop with who was the best singer or songwriter of the band. They all were damn good and that is what made the band. Each one had his or her unique talent and style of singing. They were a BAND and were the sum of all the parts of the band. FM for me was one of the best bands in the 70's and 80's.

  • GREAT pictures thank you for making this

  • by far the best voice was christina...

  • by far my favorite FM tune

  • Amazing! I love this.

  • yeah...my life...thanks for this songs here in youtube

  • @lukevertiis YOU ARE SO RIGHT!! I'VE SEEN THIS BAND 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 20 YEARS AND LAST OCTOBERS GIG WAS HUGE!! THEY ARE MASSIVE!!

  • awesome pic--thanx 4 sharing

  • love the sound of the drums

  • Loves This Song. and the acoustis r off the hook

  • Fleetwood Mac, one of the legendary bands

  • Kristen - maybe this will help you deal with Mondays.

  • okay?

  • It is just beautiful

  • I really like Christine's and Stevie's stuff, but I like Lindsey's material best.

  • The lyrics are "monday morning you sure look fine" , not "you look so fine" :)

Great video, thanks for posting! Love the pictures

  • nice

  • Buckingham looks a lot like Billy Joel Armstrong.

  • since 1978...gotta love this song..that's how long I have labeled this my fav all time fleetwood mac song..thanks for the memories fleetwood mac...

  • Stevie, Lindsey, John, and Mick are touring Europe this month and next, and will hit Australia and New Zealand in December.

  • I was at this concert!

  • Fleetwood Mac should be loads more famous than they are at the moment!

  • @AppleberryDictionary that;s because they are in their declining years they are only a shadow of their former greatness in the glory years (1975-1990) but they still have alotta mojo i just wish they had Christine with them & Lindsay would dump that stupid excuse for a guitar..

  • @AppleberryDictionary :I disagree...They've had their fame,and then some..

Compared to what they used to make they don't even come close on their later albums..I mean, compare Second Hand News or The Chain to Little Lies or Everywhere.. ;-)

  • @AppleberryDictionary Glee doing that episode on rumours will reinvent them you watch!

  • @LEEKYLE99 Just saw that episode, and I think you are right, should bring some more attention to this great band--

    Becasue they are the best

  • @AppleberryDictionary Um, because the broke up ages ago. But this shit is good, I will agree

  • Thanks for the memories :-))

  • one of there better hit records

  • two obscure maverick west coast rockers - stevie and bucks....

suddenly allied with the best english blues rockers in history....plus one wife...

result - rock magic...timeless genius stuff for at least three amazing albums...

  • Agree with all of that except for the slight (unintentional?) against Chris for being just "the wife". She was already a top recording artist in the UK even before she joined the Mac, and she added a lot of talent, charm and great songwriting to the band.

  • Absolutely. Christine Perfect {as she was}, had already won two "Best Female Vocalist" awards for her albums with Chicken Shack, released a great solo album, and played uncredited piano on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Fleetwood Mac albums {+ vocals on the 4th and its cover art ~ "Kiln House"}, all before officially joining them for the 1970 tour.

Saying Christine was 'the wife' is like saying Stevie was 'just the girlfriend'...

  • hear hear

  • Buckingham is awesome here.

  • greaT PICS OF sTEVIE

  • Stevie and Lindsey were magic together. Love this song ever since my sister recorded the live version of it on 8 track!

  • saw them in Phillie. My 8th time! My favorite band ever. The place was rocking

  • you let me walk away that day thinking we was just friends....i could not live with being just a friend, when I was already a best friend to you.

  • Well I'm 22 so there you go!! I hope they put this tour out on DVD... it is soo worth it!! Honestly the greatest concert I've ever been to. And Stevie Nicks is just amazing!

  • She is absolutely georgous!! I'd lick all over her! :)

  • I just saw them in Toronto and they were amazing!! They did a great job of this song.. they can still rock... I love them!

  • Me too! They were awesome. But I think I was the only person under 15, it was crazy! The lighting was really well done for this song too

  • I am glad you liked the concert. As good as the show was, it would have been even better if Christine Mcvie was still touring with them.

  • O deifintely

  • I agree completely. Christine was a real part of this band - songwriting, B3, keys, vocals...

It's Buckingham/Nicks with Fleetwood Mac's rhythm section without.

She was the true linch-pin that connected the early Mac to the present. Buckingham was personally devastated by her departure.

She's rich and, apparently, would rather be gardening.

She was my favorite voice in this band as well...

  • Agreed...and in today's world I'd rather be gardening as well; I can't blame her one whit. The 70's and early 80's are over. Ever since then it has been all up the garden path for most of us.

  • @Nacho66 : Well put, I totally agree. There have been many versions of the name 'Fleetwood Mac', but (as Mick obviously could see at the time) the most cohesive, perfect combo was the one we all know & love & their success is the direct result.

  • Me too! Jersey's gonna rock tonight!

  • the bridge on this live cut is wonderful!

  • Love this song. They played it some days ago at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC, and everybody got moving! The energy of Lindsey was awesome

  • Glad to hear - I'm seeing them tomorrow at the Izod center in the great state of New Jersey - can't wait!!!

  • I love this song...

  • I am guesssing but 1977 might be one of the last years that music was music....those that know might agree...

  • It just wasn't the same...

  • My sister had this version on 8track that she made a lonnnnnnnnng time ago. I could never find it again. Thanks!

  • Beautiful Pictures of the Best Band Ever:):) Thanks

  • Best band ever

    You said it !!!!

  • Awesome pics - Stevie looks fabulous.

  • but then he looked like a heroin addict in 1978/79, so...

  • this song was written back in the Buckingham-Nicks Era

  • Great song, Great video!! Lindsey is AWESOME, as usual!! Love the pics!!

  • Awesome Merci"

  • Nice. Thanks.

  • great live version gr8 photos ty

  • Thanks for this great post. LOVE it.

  • Great photos and good job of putting them together.

  • One of my all time favorite Fleetwood Mac songs. Thanks for posting:)
