Had steelies on it but rode to low couldn't get in the shop with out raising the chassis,would of had to put too tall of a tire on the front to clear door way,also liked the way it looked setting down inside the wheels.didn't want to raise it up for clearance.

A flat head Ford has nostalgia on its side and they look and sound fantastic.

Nothing more disappointing than approaching a nice looking hot rod just to see that they took the cheap route and put a Chevy motor in it. Clearly the guys using the flat heads are going for nostalgia and the guys using the Hemi's and OHV Ford's are going for max performance. Not sure why anyone uses a chevy anymore unless they are just looking for the most chrome accessories than can get.

@Dogurasu chevys are used a lot because parts are very cheap compared to other brands, they fit easier due to their smaller size and they can put out lots of power. i went with a lincoln 460 in my coupe.
