The ideals of the court and all action that occurs in the court belongs in the court, I respect that. But, issues that will affect all of the people should be televised, because in some ways, it could even affect our living. Some cases deserve to be televised, but others should just be left for the court and the court only.
Not everyone wants there disputes televised. Full access is given to citizens of the court they just have to go to the courthouses and read transcripts. Not everyone wants their personal issues that they bring to court to be televised. With television comes so much more then just transparency.
