@TheCodmw2rocks As for the funnels well I don't know what to tell you. But as for the sinking sometimes despite being on the sinking mode, it sometimes doesn't sink.

im kinda mad because i got my parents to buy this thing for me years ago for 20 bucks off a website i guess when they were still being made. I was little so i played the living hell out of the thing and now its just like the real Titanic a wreck. I still have it and the book though just not in the greatest of conditions.

i have one of those and its not supposed to sink whole when you have it on that mode it just floats like a regular beat and the other side is the sinking mode

I got one for christmas in 2005. I was still really young and treated it like a toy... But I'm SO glad I never threw in away! Mine is really banged up from rough play, but still has three smoke stacks. Paint is peeling off a bit. Also, had to tape the weight on the bottom. How much is mine worth?

It's just amazing how the two parts settled like they are actually on the bottom. I found mine in the late 90's at Book Stop in Dallas for $24.95--was so neat I bought two of them. I keep one to sink in the sink, the other is still NIB. Actually one just sold on eBay without the book for $152.

I also had one as a kid in 2001 brand new but later on something happened to the 4th funnel and it was lost and that was an instant death for my model at the time. But last year in late November I kinda got back into the whole titanic thing and I remembered this particular model of it and i looked online and it was selling for like $250. So since then I have been trying to get a hold of one but have been unsuccessful up until march
