I guess the reason why the Gen player never punished any of the blocked dive ins was to keep his super for that amazing ending plus I guess he picked ultra 2 which doesn't have the range to punish a blocked Hawk dive in,if I am not mistaken.
He had U1. Just didn't react fast enough, I guess. I think U2 Crane should be able to punish Hawk Dive by the way. At least after its speed increase in AE.
@supermanrules4 yeah that's right, he played like "fuck you hawk" and made him lose with no respect. I'd like to do it too against t.hawk if i could^^
@JohnnyBrutalo Those are the bad hawks though hes annoying as hell on any level of play but in high level he has to work against shotos atleast. Good thing most people drawn to hawk are dumb. I played him first day and found it so easy i had to stop.
@neurallydegenerated Probably did, but zorusan was playing a pretty good range game too. He seems to always be standing in just the right spot to counter.
yes i have but its much slower i dont know why.....

You are right. Dives which push you back to a almost safe distance after getting blocked and the mashable Ultra make him annoying
With Rog and his Dash-Punshes, it's rather easy to counter the dives.
But i first had my problems to counter his dives with Zangief.
You can never have enough Ex Green Hands in your pockets ;)

I started to hate T.Hawk
permanent diving and Instant-Ultra.
And somehow they sometimes win mysteriously
Especially people who play 1 Round 30 Seconds tend to use T.Hawk
