I gotta admit when my brother first bought this game I was very reluctant to play it. I didn't like the graphical style and the great sea idea didn't really interest me. However now that I have completed the game I was totally wrong about the whole thing. The games graphics are stunning, the gameplay is brillaint , the music is some of the best you will ever hear, and the story is very gripping. Its my new second favourite zelda game! The game is amazing buy it!

This theme really fits Ganondorf in this game. He's just a man who lives in the past of Hyrule, who wants evrything back. The way they made him go insane when Hyrule is flooding for good, it just makes you feel bad for the guy. I mean, his people were dying day and night. He's a tragic character, and I think Nintendo will build on the reason Hyrule was flooded in Skyward Sword. I hope. :D

@MudkipsLikeYou Final boss fight videos tell different. I see 3/4 almost go down before finishing Ganondorf. In TP I actually nailed half of his health in 1 non-stop succession of 3 light hits and 1 great spin attack...
Why are people so obsessed with ranking the four fully 3D games in this series (and sometimes also other main console games like ALttP)? I've never understood this.
This sets probably the best stage of any final battle ever. The only ones that come close are Sonic Adventure 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, and Devil May Cry 3.
Hyrule's only moments away from flooding. On the most interesting note, it's no longer about conquering the land. This is the first time the battle between Link and Ganon has been a personal struggle.

Ganon was much harder to beat in the Wind Waker than on the Twilight Princess. You'd actually have to wait to counter to beat Ganon, While on thhe other one, you can can just sit back and wait for a sword clash.
@MrBowserPuffi OOT ganondorf was mad easy. All you had to do was roll under him when he swung...and slash his tail. Majora final bosses were hard though...
If he had 3x more HP, and the "Softer" part of the music when zelda get's punched was more, and it focused on that more it would of been a greater fight.

God this is the perfect end boss theme. Nintendo really needs to learn that they need to find the exactly right tune. That's what I like most about Wind Waker, every single last tune sounds right (not to say other tunes in other games don't sound right but not every single last one).
Man, I haven't played Majora's Mask in so long. I don't even remember how to beat him. Last time I did it, I had the Fierce Deity Mask so it was pretty much just lock on and attack.
You know I personally think that it's better to fight Majora without the Fierce Deity's Mask first off. You get more sastisfaction out of beating an evil villain in a climatic duel that way. You know kinda like the satisfaction you get after beating this boss.
Don't think so far ahead, the next Smash Bros game won't be around for several years. But you are right, by then they should have a new Zelda game which means by then there should be epic music in the next SSB game :D

I disagree. This was the hardest fight with Ganondorf in Zelda history if you ask me... or at least harder than the final bouts in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. The only harder final boss was Majora's Wrath.
I really think Toon Ganon and Toon Zelda (maybe, I'm not sure) should have been represented in Brawl more than just stickers, if they even were as stickers. Or trophies.
I'd say that if Toon Ganondorf and Toon Zelda were alternate costumes, that would rock. Like Toon Zelda and then Tetra as a pair instead of Sheik and Zelda. And Toon Ganondorf is godly =D

There's also the matter of Four Swords Adventures, which I think is definitely non-canon.
Link to the Past I don't think is canon, either...the first LoZ for NES I don't think is canon either.
Although, now that I think about it, Zelda II could be canon since it tells the story of the ORIGINAL Princess Zelda, and has to do with the revival of Ganon that he manages to stop.

Yeah, but it has several things that hint at it being many generations before Ocarina of Time. Of course it's a prequel to Four Swords Adventures, but both those games I consider non-canon.
To add to my original timeline, Zelda II comes after TP with the third link. In both Zelda II and Wind Waker, the story ends with the Triforce being reunited, unlike Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask has nothing to do with Ganon, but it does explain the Skull Kid, so...

I said **** you Ganon!!! Because they cut out 0:46 to 1:09 on that part when he attacked Tetra. I remember I began that stabbing cutscene at 1:58 and it ended at 2:11. Now that I recall...I RECORDED ME FIGHTING HIM ON A TAPE!!!
If they put Toon Zelda in Brawl, I wouldn't even count on there being a Toon Shiek, I'd actually expect Tetra. Why? Because she's Zelda and doesn't know it at first, and Toon Zelda can't be another clone completely. I mean, her transformation has to be a little different, at least.

Don't think so far ahead, the next Smash Bros game won't be around for several years. But you are right, by then they should have a new Zelda game which means by then there should be epic music in the next SSB game :D

I disagree. This was the hardest fight with Ganondorf in Zelda history if you ask me... or at least harder than the final bouts in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. The only harder final boss was Majora's Wrath.

I really think Toon Ganon and Toon Zelda (maybe, I'm not sure) should have been represented in Brawl more than just stickers, if they even were as stickers. Or trophies.
I'd say that if Toon Ganondorf and Toon Zelda were alternate costumes, that would rock. Like Toon Zelda and then Tetra as a pair instead of Sheik and Zelda. And Toon Ganondorf is godly =D

This is my favourite part of the game! It's not that hard, but the music and scenario makes it epic, and the end where link goes all IAAAAAAH! and thrust his sword in ganondorf forehead ... Zelda most epic moment! 8D

I consider this timeline the only canon:
Ocarina of Time, and then the timeline splits:
Present: Majora's Mask - Twilight Princess
Future: Wind Waker
All other games seem like filler. You COULD count Minish Cap as a prequel to Ocarina, I guess, but I don't so...

Yeah. I never really counted the Hand Helds as canon. I do consider the original two for the NES and the one for the SNES to be canon, though.

Well, Phantom Hourglass could be canon as well.
There's also the matter of Four Swords Adventures, which I think is definitely non-canon.
Link to the Past I don't think is canon, either...the first LoZ for NES I don't think is canon either.
Although, now that I think about it, Zelda II could be canon since it tells the story of the ORIGINAL Princess Zelda, and has to do with the revival of Ganon that he manages to stop.

If LttP is in one timeline and Wind Waker is in another, you can't say LttP is a sequel since it's a DIFFERENT TIMELINE.

Yeah, but it has several things that hint at it being many generations before Ocarina of Time. Of course it's a prequel to Four Swords Adventures, but both those games I consider non-canon.
To add to my original timeline, Zelda II comes after TP with the third link. In both Zelda II and Wind Waker, the story ends with the Triforce being reunited, unlike Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask has nothing to do with Ganon, but it does explain the Skull Kid, so...

I said **** you Ganon!!! Because they cut out 0:46 to 1:09 on that part when he attacked Tetra. I remember I began that stabbing cutscene at 1:58 and it ended at 2:11. Now that I recall...I RECORDED ME FIGHTING HIM ON A TAPE!!!

If they put Toon Zelda in Brawl, I wouldn't even count on there being a Toon Shiek, I'd actually expect Tetra. Why? Because she's Zelda and doesn't know it at first, and Toon Zelda can't be another clone completely. I mean, her transformation has to be a little different, at least.

I was just about to ask how Sheik is a ninja when I realized his/her motives from OoT. He/she kept on disappearing as if he/she were a ninja. Now I get what you're saying. Sadly, there is no Toon Sheik. Although that would be cool, Tetra is Zelda's alter ego in WW, not Sheik. Anyways, see ya.
