I was there on the Johnson Party Boat in December 1969 when the police told us to leave or be arrested, The hustler bar was called the "226" on 5th street. "The Badlands" started in 1971. Simon Leis as county prosecutor and now sheriff is very anti-gay. Cincinnati keeps Leis in office which is proof that city is crooked.
Last time I was at the Golden Lions bar in 1990, I asked pianist to play "San Francisco" where I've lived since 1978.
