Locked-in with the kick, your timing is ROCK solid, you've got a great tone although I may be not be totally impartial in this area. I owned two 775s in Flat Silver & Blue that were my main fretted and fretless basses for 4 years, loved and played the hell out of them until they helped me narrow down what basses would fit me *100%* and not the RBX's 95% & think Yamaha has killer instruments at almost every pricepoint.
..but great job on this and the other videos!

Yup - Yamaha was discontinuing the 775s for an insanely low price, and after a week I picked up a second to defret. Even spending $100 on professional parts from Stew-Mac, it turned out to be a wonderfully-playing & sounding fretless for far lower than anything on the market. Sometimes I wish I still had one to play, but they helped me find *my* basses (Spector ReBop 4 DLX EX Zebrawood, two ReBop 5 DLX FM fretted and fretless with HG Thor Epoxy Coating, and Mike Lull Modern 4 & 5-strings)
