Hi Kim! What did you find was the hardest part about studying nutrition in college? What was the most important thing you learned while studying nutrition? Sorry these questions are so vague! Congrats on all your great accomplishments :)
@fly55556 The hardest part about studying nutrition is the actual application to real people. It's pretty easy to learn all the facts about food and the human body, but quite another to apply them to clients. Everyone is so different, and each person comes with a host of various issues, concerns, goals, etc. Learning how to take my knowledge and apply it to get results is the most important thing I have learned.
Thanks for the friend invite Kim but I'm fine. I'm 14 year old and weigh about 135lbs. I play tennis nearly everyday and I run every weekend. I'm always active and rarely ever sit on the bed or couch and just watch T.V. (I'm an early riser so the only time I ever sit and watch T.V. without doing anything is then, so I don't wake my parents)
I've seen some of your videos and they are very good. Just not for me. But thanks anyway.
Thanks for the invite, sadly I am into fatness rather than fitness and you would have a heart attack if you saw what I ate. I admire people such as you though.
i fucking hate people like this. i mean, sure staying moderatley healthy is fairly important but considering it a passion is fucking silly. get a real fucking hobby. fucking sexy retard
@skatejam7 Your user name indicates a passion for a plywood board with skate wheels attached. You're 18yo, yet your video set includes a Teletubby video. Your profile states "Fuck that" for books. Go on now, shooo! Get back to the sand box little boy!

@shagy2k5 4 miles is great-try not to compare yourself to others and just celebrate your own success:).
