My being a mad fan of gnocchi, I have always heard of how difficult they are to make, not to mention the various hazzards associated with the recipe such as too heavy gnocchi that do not float to the top. Well, this video in which you demonstration just how easy it is to make them is such a great help. I felt so confident about your demo that I made two batches worth of gnocchi, served the first to my friends who loved them, and froze the rest. Genius U R!

argentina makes better gnocchi!..every 29th of the month we eat gnocchi in argentina its a tradition and I can tell u I ate gnocchi everywhere and argentina is the champion of gnocchi

I´m actually eating gnocchi right now! They´re actually terrible, the ones that Miss Wa is cooking in the clip looks more edible to me.
